Good staff, clean n tidy

it is a little bit far away from shopping center

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to a suite which was great. The area has loads of restaurants, bars and shops. The pool and gym were lovely.

It was quite expensive.... But I don't know how this compares to other hotels in Manila

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was located ideally for our needs and we used the hotel a number of times between visits to various islands in the Philippines.

Elevators are really poor Reception is on 5th floor, you have to get used to it :-)

Cozy, clean, relatively cheaper, good location, modern minimalist zen style rooms, cafeteria design good. Food is good.

Nobody supervising swimming pool area. Dress code and guest public display of attention need to be continuously monitored.

Location is Amazing... Close to The Fort, Bonifacio with everything you could possibly need within walking distance...

Room service and Breakfast could use a look at as I was very disappointed because the rest if the Hotel is great... So many great food places nearby..

Access to the hotel through small entrance .. have to wait for elevator to go to the 3rd floor to the lobby.. Poor finishings in the lobby & in the rooms.. Elevators take too much time to arrive... Breakfast buffet is empty in a second ... Bathroom finishings terrible, stains in the brand new shower already on the tiles.. Bathroom wooden door was not cleaned and full of dust ... After all seemed like a good deal, but wasn'T... Construction work left and right next to the hotel .. you cannot use the pools, unless you like workers looking down on you ... for the 3rd night I was charged more than 7.000 Pesos, which is not the right price for this quality they are providing... Definitely not a 5* hotel !!! far from being one

Hotel in very good location. The Bonfacio city garden is a nice walk. Near the airport.

I love the spacious room that we had and the buffet breakfast that came with the room. The staff, especially Kat at the front desk and Patrick at the door were very helpful and courteous. We had a wonderful stay.

hmm..actually..the hotel is nice..however,,there are some problems occurred during our stay there as we didnt expect it..coz the hotel that i chose is a 5 star hotel..i hope the staff were able to check the things and the rooms itself before letting their guest to come inside.. for example..when we came in out room,we have difficulty to open the door coz its not working..and also the safety deposit box doesnt have battery..for whatever reason it is..we doesnt know,,but it should be fixed and they should see to it that it is working well coz we paid the hotel exactly as it is..

The location is good and 2 mins walk to the main street. Hotel is a nice contemporary design and the breakfast is good. The pool deck was also very attractive.

The soundproofing through the adjoining room door was very poor. Initially we moved from the first room due to noisy neighbouring occupants. The second room had the same problem and I was woken at 2am by noisy guests next door.
