i like that the market was close and breakfast in the morning was good taste everything was very close easy to use

the beds were as a rock to sleep on for real same for the pillows as well had to pay extra for the microwave downstairs for making my popcorn for the room

Apartment room 2 bedroom was very spacious large kitchen diner and 2 bathrooms, we were a party of 6 and it could have housed 2-3 more comfortably.

There is a lot of construction going on between the hotel and the beach which is a hassle when walking back and forth (feb 2013) as the delivery trucks and jeeps are fighting for the same road you are waliking on, a lot of dust also.

Very convenient,spacious and elegant.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool was large. Received free daily breakfast which we were not expecting. Beds were hard as per other reviews, but found them very comfy. Would stay here again

I did not like anything!

Terrible hotel! Ants were crawling all over the room, loud music until late at night, poor breakfast, Internet usually did NOT work, maid service was poor, the bed was rock hard, it just goes on and on and on. This was a terrible value for the money. You do not want to stay here! I was very disappointed! When I complained the staff did not fix the Internet. They did not even replenish the soap and shampoo when they did clean the room. The bartender was rude, the a la carte menu was over priced, the spa prices were insanely high as compared to spas right across the street, breakfast selection was poor at best (they call powdered mix orange juice), I cannot believe they call it a 3 star hotel... more like 1 or 1.5! I go to Boracay every year and will NEVER stay there again.

the staff are very friendly especially the front desk receptionist,very approachable,and their security guard who found the lost cellphone of our friend and return it back to the front desk,very honest, good job.

You need to call often to the staff for room service because they dont attend to your needs right away,maybe they are to busy or ther is a shortage of staff, and a please improve your breakfast, 6 from 1- 10.

Have to pay wi-fi inside our room and breakfast was poor.

The people are wonderful so this has nothing to do with the hotel. We have stayed there three times with our kids (9-12) and the hotel has a great location, however, the room are so "out-dated" with broken "everything" or rusted and molded so that is a deffinate negative. The worst part is the beds are litterally like sleeping on concrete, all room (two apartments, two suites) all have the same matress which is unaceptable.

1. Hated beds. 2. Didnt like haveing to call for room to be cleaned this should be checked daily and done accordingly. 3. Room service should be added to the bill without having to "fish" out funds as they NEVER have change readily availible. 4. AFTER ROOM service they should pick up the dishes, each day we ordered we would have ants by the thousands till we called them to pick up dishes... Take note on number 2.

I enjoyed our stay and thought the staff was very attentive to our needs. The location is close to the beach but far enough away to have some peace and quiet time away from the parties.

I think the buffet breakfast could be improved in quality of food offered. The spa could also use an upgrade and better trained staff.

The Big Pool The Staff are very excellent

The Bed / Foam is not Comfortable. Pillows are saggy. The rooms have paint odor. Airconditioning Unit are overpowered / too cold

A pleasant place to stay during holidays if you don't want a crowded area!..would definitely come back and stay in this hotel.

Location is ok so far, near to a mall via back entrance, beach about 300m to walk.

The worst Hotel I even booked. Change twice the room in the Hotel. One was very noisy coz next to main street the other was very smelly coz neighbour cooked some fish very early every morning. Very old and bad maintained. No understandable why rated so good. Booked 8 days left after 5 days, no refund.

الفندق جدا سيئ والأثاث جدا قديم ومتهالك وليس كما هو واضح بالصور ومليئ بالحشرات والناموس لدرجة لاتستطيع النوم منها. والإضاءة كانت سيئة وتم مخاطبة إدارة الفندق لإصلاحها ولم تتجاوب معنا مما اضطرنا لتغير الفندق ولم يقبل الفندق اعادة لنا المبلغ او جزء منه. فلا أنصح بمجرد التفكير بالسكن فيه.

الشقة كبيرة تتسع لخمس اشخاص.. النظافة ممتازة

в этом отеле мы с мужем жили с 11 по 17.02.13. отель отлично подойдет для молодежи и бюджетных поездок. хорошее расположение один из главных плюсов. до пляжа буквально 100 метров, если обойти здание отеля, то за ним окажеться местный рынок с морепродуктами "талипапа". номера убирают ежедневно, завтраки с небольшим ассортиментом , но выбрать можно. жили в стандартном номере, не хотела бы в него возвращаться. на территория отеля хороший бассейн с небольшим баром и столиками, можно мило посидеть вечерком.

из минусов могу отметить ведущиеся строительные работы с двух сторон отеля и с другой стороны шумная дорога.

Завтрак не ахти, но голодными практически не уходили

Маленькие номера, те что выходят на улицу - очень шумно, спать невозможно. Потрепанная мебель, платный вай-фай.

- Zimmer war winzig und in einem schlechten Zustand. Keine Steckdose funktionierte ordentlich, warmes Wasser ein Rinnsal, Klimaanlage höllisch laut, wenn man sie ausschaltete hörte man den Lärm vom Pool und der Strasse, beim Frühstück schon laut dröhnender Fernseher

Frukosten var rena katastrofen! Dyrt hotell för det man fick. Tusen sonen natten nästan borde ju innefatta lite mer bekvämlighet och fräschare rum.
