Don't book this hotel! Really hard to go there. It lay on the hill, you have to climb up to the hotel by foot for 10' from the road. Very few shuttle bus to D'mall. Really bad staff in the restaurant. We just changed the table and he showed a really ugly face. No beach, no swimming pool, just sightseeing from the hillside. The facilities in the room are so poor. Door is broken, washbasin is broken, light is broken, air-con is working poorly and loudly. The light in bathroom and the so- called living room is very dark. Many constructions ongoing, including the man-made small island on the seaside. What makes the hotel charge the guests usd200?

it's different from the photos as the facilities of the extended area (stone on the sea) are all removed already, very disappointed about that

It has very beautiful view, but without swimming pool.

It is difficult to arrive there, too many steps(bec you have to go out and to walk to see the beach, that means have to go up and down always) , for the old people, it is not so easy, and it is super tired to take luggage to arrive the hotel.

the view was gorgeous on the 3rd level but we had to climb several steps to get up.

the mattress was too hard and the room was a little too old. We're really disappointed that we cant walk over to the corner of the hotel.

First time I am submitting a bad review about any hotels. Considering it is low season, the hotel has over charged. Private beach that they claimed to have was not accessible and the hotel does not have a swimming. Thus everyday we had to take the tricycle to use the beach in the town. In order to get to the hotel room, we even had to climb hundreds of staircase to get to our room everyday. First few days we were suffering from calf ache due to the staircases we had to climb. It doesn't help that Philippines was affected by typhoon, it was raining most days. So we were stuck in to eat the very average hotel food for several days. One of the worst beach holidays we ever had.

Nice decoration, very fancy. Nice position, have great view of sea and sunset.

The traffic is not that easy and food is quite plain.
