Makati City’s BSA Mansion Condotel is a 10-minute walk from Ayala MRT Station. Cosy rooms feature cable TV, with some rooms offering a kitchen. A gym and spa are available. BSA Condotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Greenbalt and Glorietta Shopping Malls. The hotel is located next to the Asian Institute of Management. Condotel’s air-conditioned rooms offer private bathrooms with toiletries. Some rooms have a separate living area and kitchen with kitchenware. Guests can make a trip to the beauty salon for a relaxing treatment, or the grocery store to buy daily necessities. A sauna is also available for guests’ recreation. room good size, good location, very poor management, B-fast no good at all no choices, charging even for a local phone call, charging almost one night full price for 5 hrs late checking-out. i been in Philippines referents occasions and this is the worse i have come cross on management. yes, i do recommend Manila but different hotel.

Excellent location. Next to Greenbelt area. Safe area and security were present at the hotel. "Pay now pay now!" Those were the words of the receptionist on check in... Not even a hello/good morning, just 'pay now' The hob in the room had the earth cable dangling out from the plug, meaning the whole hob would have been live if I plugged it in. Very dangerous. All the wires were exposed behind the fridge again very dangerous. Certainly wouldn't recommend this place due to how poor the electrics are. The room was in a shabby condition.

Value for money!!! Separate sleeping and living area. Two air-conditions Microwave Coffee and newspaper Full TV-program Since almost 40 years I'm travelling all over the world - but here I experienced the first time in my life that a hotel is asking for a deposit inspite of having payed the bill in advance. This hotel is considering the "valued customers" as potential criminals.

لا يوجد اي وصف لهذا الفندق فندق سيء جدا للغايه وانا ندمان اشد الندم لاني سكنت في هذا الفندق السعر غالي والفندق قديم والخدمه غير جيده وانا الصراحه مستغرب من شركه مثل شركتكم تحط مثل هذا الفندق عندكم مما يشوه سمعتكم اتمنا منكم حذف هذا الفندق من الموقع ولا راح تخسرو المصداقيه وشكراولا شيء عجبني اصلا لايطلق على هذا فندق حرام يكون هذا فندق ما عندي شيء اقول غير حرام الفلوس الا اندفعت فيه وشكر عجبني كل شيء ما عجبنتي ولا يستاهل اتكلم عنه

the noise created by the room air-conditioner made me unsleep for two nights! It should be changed otherwise no client wishes to stay in this hotel apart that it is inserted into the residential apartments with poor lobby. The hot water always runs out if you take your bath a little longer time. The only advantage seems to be its location, just 10 min. by walk you could reach to the Mall of Greanbelt, that is it.

The staff is very helpful. Fast check in with smile. Location is close to Green belt The hotel is located in the Benavidez Street. This street is one way thus very difficult to reach as most taxi drivers don't know this street or they don't know how to reach it. The area around the hotel is boring. The hotel uses very very old towels. Sometimes these towels have colored spots and/or holes.I Suggest that the hotel management change the towels with new one.
