Location is great for sightseeing in central Manila and for shopping, just across the road from SM shopping mall. Rooms are quite comfortable, with cable tv, all amenities working well and huge balconies. Breakfast was ok and served in the room at the requested time. Great value for money. A certain lack of flexibility in the conditions. Entrance to hotel is dificult to find and for location, better to direct the taxi to SM Manila City shopping mall and just look for Zen Towers across Natividad Almeda Lopez St. Swimming pool is for the use of all the residents in the Towers and may be booked for parties so not available to use by the hotel guests.

La piscine Attention, il y a 2 Casa Bocobo hôtels à Manille, avec le même management. Celui-ci est le mauvais : emplacement sans aucun intérêt, au milieu de grands travaux bruyants. Le plan du site renvoyait les deux hôtels sur la même localisation, ce qui ajoute à la confusion! Refus de l'hôtel d'annuler la 3ème et dernière nuit et règlement immédiat de la totalité du séjour exigé à l'arrivée. Fort peu aimables à l'occasion!
