Naer to our venue Expensive! Because theres no complimentary bottled water, theres no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Maganda pa sa SOGO MOTEL Honestly... I wont go back there promise.. Dismayado!

I like the non smoking concept and the friendly staff who greeted you every time they see you .... I don't like the corridor area ... Like hospital ambiance ... And the room , need to improve the concept ..

Nice helpfull and plenty of stafff available Rooms are dark and give a desolate impression. No watercookers in room available. Internet signal is not strong enough for 'normal'use. They are rebuilding some wing of the hotel. Old rooms need a make over too. Some modern facilities needed.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Very organised. I have never seen so much staff in a hotel of that size. Everything was working. Adjoining restaurant serves a good breakfast. The hotel gets full marks. Value for money.

the location is great just next to Rizal park very convenient for exploring the city as for foreign visitor there could be more help when ordering the taxi as they are trying to overcharge you all the time also the staff is not helpfull when asking for an info about the city

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good. There are 7-11, McDonalds, Starbucks and some restaurants around. Free WiFi in the room and free breakfast are the bonus. :) The building is a bit old. When we closed the door, it made some noise and we were afraid to disturb other guests.

Très bien placé pour visiter le parc Rizal et l'intramuros. Chambre propre et très agréable. L'eau chaude ne fonctionnnait pas, un peu dommage pour ce standing.

L'emplacement est bien, tout près de l'immense Robinson Mall où tous les magasins s'y trouvent. Très bon petit-déjeuner inclus. Les murs sont en carton, l'insonorisation était vraiment mauvaise!

Гостиница отлично расположена: 10 минут до Робинзона молл и пять минут ходьбы до Ризаль парка. Чистый, красивый, отличный завтрак. Все очень понравилось.
