late room cleaning in mid afternoon no mention of 2 huge building sites on 2 sides of the hotel mosquitoes in room not treated
I like where it is located. Just along the beach. Food is good too.
There's construction going on beside the resort so it was a bit noisy. there's no wifi in the room.
The location. It is not like station 1 or 2. Station 3 is quieter but still right onI ttc the be ach.
Construction, construction. Cats Pilar is a two-storey hotel. On both sides of the hotel there are two large 5-storey building constructions going on. It is dusty and noisy. The workers start working from 7am to 10pm. When we checked in the hotel needed to drag our luggage through the construction site. We were very concerned about the noise. They told us if I needed a quiet room, I needed to upgrade and pay 1000.00 pesos more. The room was so basic. It's a three star resort. In the room there was no refrigerator, no chair, no internet, and no safe deposit box. Later on we asked for beach towels. They wanted a100.00 fee. During the night the construction material was making a very loud noise because it was not tied down. We really feel sorry for the hotel because a lot of guests complain. The contraction will last at least two years. After a restless night we asked to move out one day early. It took quite an effort to persuade them to refund us a one day fee. I'm very sorry for this negative review, but vacations don't come easy. People should know what they get into.
very private and secured ..a perfect getaway if you want a perfect holiday .
I like that it is very near to the beach.
Breakfast package included with room
Poor Wifi signal
Excellent location very close to station 2, a bit far from the noise and sellers. The food was amazing all dishes were delicious. The staff personnel were very friendly.
Staff at night didn't speak English. It's needed more loungers. The transport company, Sunwest, that the hotel use doesn't help at all, it was necessary to pay 3 times for help and at the same time the guy from the transport company just watched; so the 400PH was for what?
Very good value for the location.
A water pump was cycling the whole night making it hard to sleep.
