Castle Peak Hotel  

the staff that welcomes you this was my second stay

that half of the hotel does not had a refurbishment and it does not look good

The location, the staff and the rooms.

Can,t stay long in the lobby coz furnitures not comfortable especially senior citizens.

The staff was very accommodating, effecient and helpful. they offered welcome drinks upon arrival. the room was clean.

I booked a 1 double bed and single bed room but upon arrival we ended up on 2 single bed room. We asked to transfer to a different room but there's no luck. so it was really uncomfortable since were a couple with one child.

The new deluxe rooms are quite good. Good beds, clean with good aircon.

The room where i stayed was in the older part of the hotel. Those rooms need renovation especially the bathroom

Beautiful staff! Grate location for shopping! And other city attractions! Bar was the best once again grate staff! Will stay again our next visit!

The room is old, no windows and there's a lot of mosquito in the room. I changed my Room twice.

Neeeds remodeling

House keeping was very friendly, buffet delicious....

I had to check out 3 days early and was told the night before that it wouldn't be a problem. In the morning when I checked out, I was charged for the 3 nights I didn't stay there...It was upsetting..
