The service staff is friendly and gracious

Big and bright room. Pleasant lobby area.

I stayed at this hotel two times. On the second time, they gave my reservation to someone else, and booked a room for me at a nearby hotel. However, the latter hotel gave me a room with no windows and much smaller than the room I had at r Hotel, and I was asked to pay php300 if I wanted a room with a window. I had to go back to r hotel to negotiate with the reception to finally get a room with a window comparable to what I'd had at r Hotel for the same price.

Excellent customer service from all the staff. We especially enjoyed the service of Hauer. He is very professional and courteous.

I thought the hotel offered good value for the price with breakfast included and the staff were very helpfull and friendly I believe it is is a fairly new hotel but it was a bit out of the way and not many taxi drivers knew where it was

I like the bedroom. It is comfy to stay.

I didn't like the breakfast. The waitress did not bring my breakfast but they charge me for extra juice.

the stuff are very nice and kind and hospitable so far so good evrything here during our stay with my girlfriend is okay

酒店位置偏僻，但是去罗槟迅很方便

Hotel de personeel en de veilligheidsagent zeer goed en vriendellijk en ook de mogelijkheden om uitstappen te doen.Als je info of transport nodig hebt dan is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en zeker niet te vergeten de veilligheidsagenten zeer vriendellijk.Dit hotel raad ik iedereen aan.

Alleen een klein problleem gehad met de nachtrecepcionist ivm met de afrekening daarom zeker een tweede kopij meenemen maar voor de rest alles in orde en geen opmerkingen over dit hotel

Staff's attitude from security to managemt

Personal atento y agradable. Habitación amplia, pero espartana. Cerquita hay un 7/11 para llenar la nevera. El hotel está ubicado a 30 minutos del aeropuerto y en horas punta son 60 minutos.

Ubicación; nada que hacer o ver en los alrededores. La entrada del hotel está en una calle muy desangelada. No hay oferta culinaria,unicamente desayuno. El baño necesitaría una remodelación. La cabecera de la cama son las propias ventanas que dan al exterior. La conexión wifi pésima, sólo pudimos conectarnos desde la recepción. El hotel no ofrece ningún tipo de información turística. Las cajas de seguridad sólo están disponibles en recepción. Demasiadas hormigas deambulando por la habitación. Te exigen que pagues por adelantado. La suite demasiado caro para lo que ofrece en realidad.

The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, and the distance to downtown is pretty close. Wifi is excellent!

Breakfast serving is too small, not enough selection, laundry service lost my jeans and some shirts, the hotel is hard to find, it's located along the residential neighborhood.

직원들이 친절하고 시내관광과 쇼핑을 할 수 있는 좋은 위치이 호텔입니다. 저렴하고 조식도 나름 좋은 호텔입니다.

220볼트의 전자제품은 충전을 프론트에서만 한다는 것이 불편합니다.

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I was very impressed with the politenes and smoling faces of the sraff. Definitely I will stay in the same hotel If I visit Cebu again.

The shower did not have enough pressure but it was ok.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le rapport qualité / prix. La chambre est relativement grande et très propre. Personnel très avenant. L'hôtel est bien situé à une dizaine de minutes du centre d'Uptown.

La salle de bains pourrait être plus moderne. Par ailleurs, la rue de l'hôtel n'est pas très rassurante, bien que nous n'ayons eu aucun problème.
