Century Plaza Hotel  

What did I like? Well, the staff was nice and courteous. The room was spacious and so was the shower. Everything was clean and the bed was fine.

The Internet in my room was very unstable, almost useless. Very tiring for someone like me who uses the Internet a lot. The "view" was terrible. The breakfast included was very poor and so was the "bar". But what I disliked the most about this hotel was the neighbourhood. I was stalked the minute I was out, by beggars of all ages (some had just started walking), prostitutes, annoying lady-boys and an endless stream of people trying to sell me something completely useless or fakes. And no one takes no for an answer. They simply stalk foreigners in this area and the only way to get rid of them is to walk faster or run. But then are lucky if you get 3 minutes in peace before you get a new stalker on your back. Very annoying, to say the least.

когда вы прибываете на себу, на самолёте или пароме и берёте машину, водитель начинает вам объяснять, что отель в очень опасном месте, не нужно туда ехать, он знает другой отель, намного лучше и дешевле. это обычная разводка, не покупайтесь. надо сказать, что себу вообще не спокойный город, без необходимости там нечего делать. я приехал посмотреть себу и выбрал Century Plaza Hotel не случайно. отель находится на маршруте между аэропортом и историческим центром города, ближе к центру, но не в самом центре, поэтому не дорого. отель стоит в п-образном закутке из улиц. там же находятся несколько vip заведений, поэтому въезд круглосуточно охраняется полицией, случайные люди там не ходят, всё спокойно. вместе с тем, достопримечательности в нескольких минутах на такси. кстати, официальное городское такси - лучший, дешевый и безопасный вид транспорта. 8 часов катания на такси нам обошлись в 3000 песо (2200 руб), включая экскурсию от водителя. можно взять 4-5 часов за 1500 песо. такси есть белые и желтые. берите белые, они дешевле. что касается отеля, - тихо, спокойно, уютно. персонал радушный, помогут, расскажут что нужно, отведут, если не поймёте. интернет быстрый, в номерах. сейф на рецепшн. спутниковое тв. дадут электроадаптер, если нужно - всё бесплатно и вежливо. мы брали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. такой номер чуть-чуть дороже стандарта и обошлись мы одной кроватью, зато в комнате можно кататься на велосипеде. курить разрешают в открытое окно, либо выйти на анфиладу.

кондиционеры оконные, шумят. убираются очень тщательно: вместе с мусором у нас выбросили пару чеков на декларируемые покупки. пронесло.

La moquette aux chambres et le petit problème de tv que j avais pas de chaine câblée !mais le personnel à fait de son mieux!

Only friendly staff of this hotel make me think twice before providing my negative feedback about this hotel, they are patient and friendly. I wish they could find a better job at other hotel

The room cleanliness is terrible, unacceptable for a hotel standard, the aircon is so noisy, as lound as a helicoper going to take off. You can find croaches running around the room. Please stay away from this hotel, I have never stayed at a such a dirty hotel like this hotel. If you can not find a hotel to stay, then go to the airport and spend your nights there, as at least you can have a much cleaner enviroment. The hotel's owner should demolish it and rebuild another hotel if they want to have a successful business
