hanno il caffe espresso e fatto in maniera egregia...tutto lo staff usa una cortesia e disponibilita' di alto livello...se torno a manila torno al City Garden Suites..

ps. la cucina non e' male ma niente di speciale....

This hotel really needs a renovation. Everything looks worn out. Doesn't worth the money.

I did not like when they made me pay for one nights stay when I did not book it and it was not in my name it was in the name of mrs Lefebure, we had to pay at other hotel for my friends so that ment I wqas 7000 peso out of pocket, Isobel Clark.

Room was clean and comfortable with adequate facilities, good facilities in the hotel, very friendly staff, and you feel comfortable and safe

stayed here for many years but woyld still like to see more breakfast items suited to westerners.... also found staff at breakfast times a little hit and miss with service on some mornings and on other mornings excellent

the location is fine closed to ROB mall and nightlife activtives places also the bath room provided with flush hose for more comfortable usage.

the have maitanance and funture renewal since two years therefore from 09:00 am you cant close your eyes.

Always noisy because of continuous construction works. It is clean . The breakfast is very poor . The reception is very good.

This hotel is to be avoided during the rainy seasons in Manila. Its very bad! Flood waters reach the entrance stairs! Other times, City Garden does give good value for money but one must moderate down ones expectations in terms of hotel food, staff service, things like the hot water going off in middle of shower, beds sagging in certain areas. Once you set your expectations correctly ie that City Garden is a 2 star hotel, then you would not be too disappointing.

The location is perfect. Very close to everything that you need.. Staffs are very accommodating and very helpful. Rooms are spacious enough and are well maintained. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I like it because of location .

I don't like it especially when it rains because this area is flooding area and it's convenient to go there. So i don't really recommend when it rains and the price is worth paying (very expensive.).

I came there 5 to 10 times already, central, close enough to airport, while cheaper than Makati

Very poor front desk / concierge service. Mabini street in front was flooded when I went there, no trafic could go through. When I asked how to go to the airport they told me it was not possible, all taxis would (supposedly) be blocked by the flood... until I called some relatives came to help me, actually the backstreet was not flooded, I found that the hotel had even established a back-up concierge there and I could get a taxi to the airport just in time, thanks to my relatives' help... Was it "hiya" of the staff, or they could not speak English, or they had hoped to get me stuck there one more night? At least their English had been good enough to tell me, "no taxi" - so if the latter is the explanation, it was a poor marketing calculation: I won't return there anymore...

The pillows were very average. Brekky couldnt get any sort of cooked eggs and no bacon

Been here now maybe 40 times since it opened . always welcomed back by the staff . its a genuine 3 star hotel .

New wing rooms are small and no window .

I asked for a quiet room and was given a nice room that was very quiet, thank you.

I used my American Express card to book my room online, but upon arrival was told that the hotel does not take American Express so my booking had not been processed. As rooms were available this was not a problem but if the hotel had been fully booked I would not have had a room. Boooking.com and the hotel are equally to blame for this and I am not sure if I will use Booking.com again.

Street around not very safe

I could extend check-out time untill 1pm without extra money. All of staff were really kind and friendly.I felt comfortable thanks of them. the room was sooo elegant and clean :) it had a security box!! and a bath.

I requested nonsmoking room, but I was given a smoking room. I was disappointed with that. But I think that this hotel is 7 out of 10!!

our sweet was in 3rd floor,if there is any car crossing the road ,you will feel it in your room better ,for avery one,try to take rooms from 5th floor and up,or take inner room

Die Zimmer waren für den Preis erstaunlich gut. Robinson zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Als wir abgereist sind fragten sie uns wann wir wiederkommen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, keine Kritik.

예약했던 방이 없어 suite로 투숙하고 다음날 외출후 돌아와보니 직원들이 짐을 옮겨놓음 매우 친절
