沒熱水,沒浴缸.

位置不错，离机场很近

离Sm和机场还是很近的，sm如果走过去的话也可以的，晚上楼下有夜市，游泳池好像晚上10点就关闭了，门- 口有公交站点，打车啥的还是很方便，门口的保- 安大妈很尽职，前台小姐也漂亮，楼下的行礼小弟和大堂总管也热情。房间内的设施和装修总体来说还是不错的，- 厕所内有气窗，没有换气扇。

虽然之前有听说很吵，要求靠内的房间，但是毕竟是在主干道上，再怎么靠内也会很吵，关键是窗户不隔音再加上- 窗机的轰鸣声，简直是煎熬啊。。。我们的房间- 在11楼，电梯只到10楼，要自己爬一层上去，靠西边的房间风景被遮挡，靠东边的视野还算不错。

The room was big....the view was fine. We were offered this room for immediate occupancy which we really appreciated.....waiting till 2pm was not ideal at all. The room was generally acceptably quiet which we really liked......and if the ac had not been so noisy we would have had a restful nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.....we will stay again as we liked your Hotel overall better than Heritage where we stayed last time.

The ac was very very old and very noisy....kept us awake.You need to upgrade and install a quiet AC.There was a water drip above the toilet which was rather off putting. The Internet did not work in the bedroom.....please upgrade your Internet service.....most accomodation places now have fast reliable Internet in the room......this is really needed these days with IPads,IPhones readily available and used by most foreigners.

Only for a short-term stop (1 night). Where the comfort isn't required. Furniture and the equipment - very old, last twentieth century.Windows on the noisy avenue.

Staff were helpful. View over Manila Bay Location near airport, Mall of Asia and Sunday Markets. Good sized room. Business room. Clean.

Mark up on drinks in refridgerator. No complimentary water. Cold shower only. Very hard mattress and pillows even harder.

Copacabana Hotel is a good place to stay if you are in Manila for only a couple of days. Its handy to the airport and either a short taxi ride or walk to the Mall of Asia.

For the cost of the stay, they could offer free wi-fi. In this day of world travelling the use of the internet is high and this would be a definite plus.

Bed sheets too smal for the bed. Television set too small

Location of toilet and shower in one room and washstand in another (I mean living room) is uncomfortable. I'd like to use both toilet and washbasin in one room.

Hate the 200php internet, its so stupid, they have to change marketing management

The staff at the Copa were excellent... they were friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal... only 20 mins from the airport... easy walking distance to Mall of Asia and in close proximity to a lot of the main attractions.

The only downside was the charge for tea and coffee in the room... and maybe an excessive charge of 100P per hour for Wi-Fi access

Location, unless you are going to be frequenting the edsa complex (go go bar) across the street, it's really not close to much else My room was completely dirty filled with all kinds of little bugs Noisy even being on the top floor (can't imagine how the bottom floors sleep at night) No hot water, no water pressure Terrible hotel

Convenience...close to malls and airport, friendly and professional staff. Feel safe.

Shower floor should have rubber mats for safety reason...slippery when wet.

Fairly spacious room typical of American style hotels. Fridge and closet like locker. Staff was great and very friendly, never had any issues and room service was quick. Mall of Asia is a 10 min walk away.

We were on the 11th floor and the elevator only went to the 10th floor. The shower could have been better, a few times the shower head came off when I was trying to adjust the angle of it. Area isn't the nicest of places, but it was a 10 min walk to Mall of Asia.

The rooms are fully refurbished , very clean with modern style. This is a hotel appartements where you need to bring all of your aminities with you like coffe , tea , water, shampoo, soup, etc.. whatever you may use from the hotel , they will back charge you . The location is good for paople who have business in Pasay Area , and sm Mall of asia is 10 minutes ride by taxi, and its 15 minutes far from the airport only. Its oppsoite of edsa entertainment complex for people who wants fun !! and near to pasay well known street of pleasure and full of bars and girl shows , and other things , pleasure for travelleers looking for pleasure ! The reception people all are excellent, helpful, nice and always smiling, thumps up for mj - abby - and karla.

Nothing negative , only some paople may like the hotel package, and found it convenient , others may not , according to the traveller needs.
