television, atleast should have coffee amenities, a mini fridge
Facilities terrible Hotel management not particular with sanitation and cleanliness.
it is located in a cool place perfect for relaxing
Insects everywhere :")
I like where it is located at exactly and security is good. Never had second thoughts of leaving my baby and yaya in the hotel at night.
Bathroom has bad smell. Cant figure out the smell. When i booked online check the pictures of rooms, it shows there's a jacuzzi. Only to find outthere's none. Twas false advertisement. TV was so old school. Try to improve interior designs. Make it moremodern. And choices of breakfast are so few.
Excellent staff. Great location great privacy need improvement restaurant
Improve on food items
The location is very good as it is along the hi-way and with excellent view of the lake. Huge spacious room.
Old facilities and seem lack of maintenance. It even took us a while to check in.. I was expecting very high in terms of how rooms would like until we came in. Good thing our room has a veranda overlooking the lake. You guys should upgrade your rooms.
The lake view was so nice the staff are very friendly and nice transportation 24hours and near in the restaurant.
The amenities need to reconstruct specially the pool
Like the view of Taal Volcano.
The price (too expensive), shower (terrible) @ Room D308, and food.
The staff were all accommodating and friendly.
a little bit older facilities
we enjoy the food
the hotel lobby and its hard to locate the hotel the signage is not visible at night no light at the entrance we could hardly see the sign
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did some arrangements for me and I really appreciate it. They also allowed us to check in early and check out late since the hotel is not fully booked that time.
Overall the experience was fair.. The view was spectacular as you could see the Taal Volcano even through the Haze. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat...
The rooms were OK but a little antique as the TV was an old CRT version from 10 years a ago. Bathroom wasn't stocked up on arrival leaving us to call the front desk for towels. As house keeping wasn't answering... Although the pool was a welcome relief it was not clear as if the filters weren't working. You were constantly pushing bugs and debris away from you. Also if you are going to have a jacuzzi on site at least warm it up.. It was colder than the food. We skipped the breakfast buffet as the food looked over cooked. If we go back we will book without breakfast... For the price you pay you expect more...
Great view for the Taal Lake
The place is old. We had to request to be moved to a better room coz the AC was not working properly, the furniture is old. I requested an ironing board and iron. There is additional charge for this. The iron was old and not working, the ironing board is rusty and they had to put a white blanket over it to make it decent. The breakfast food has ants and bugs in it. The table and plates and cups had ants crawling.
Very accomodating and courteous staffs from the entrance guard and waiters.
I like the location. It's very accessible and serene.
No wifi connection in the room. No sandals/slippers. T.V. could have been mounted in the wall for easier viewing while lying in bed.
the view to the lake and near eatery
toiletries, beddings seem to be old
The servers in the dining area were very accommodating. The security men out front were very helpful and delightful.
The girls at check in had no idea of our reservation which kept us waiting for almost over an hour. At one point, the hamburger from the resturaunt was nearly tasteless.
Needed improvement, especially new carpets, bathroom floorings and mattress.
