Discovery Suites  

Very spacious and stunning rooms, but some of them are facing the very close huge building and you cant see any daylight! Rooms with number 12-14 in all floors are like that! Very nice flower decorations, good reception and nice billiard table on the top floor. Stylish hotel.

Breakfast is horrible, much too small for that amount of people! U wait sometimes 10min until u get seated. The restaurant waiters are not european standard. They forgett all and will never apologize. They take away ur empty plates when other dont even have their food yet, 2 of our group waited 35min after we all had our food. Not acceptable.

the rude staff that displayed a small stain no sheet from my wifes memstration to every one on checkout insisting i pay 2500 to have it cleaned

1) Cleanliness could be improved - I found a dead cockroach in the living room the morning after I checked in. 2) Service staff at Restaurant 5 could be more attentive - I asked for a glass of warm water and I never got it. 3) The shower in the bathroom is quite useless - it's time to upgrade it.

Hotel has great location for shopping. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and felt like home .

Location is very convenient as malls and restaurants are literally across the hotel. The hsbc Bank at the ground floor is also very helpful when you need ATM's for fast cash. The hotel rooms specially the one bedroom suites are quite spacious. And most of all the staffs are extremely helpful and friendly specially the security guards and the concierge guys.

This is the 4th year we have stayed in the hotel and sadly we notice that their service had tremendously decline this year . When we arrive at the hotel we left our bags after going thru the check in formalities, the room key was not handed over to us which was fine since we were 4 hours early before the check in time however we instructed the receptionist that we would be attending a funeral and would comeback late so we would appreciate if everything is set when we return since we also came in from a 10 1/2 hours flight but unfortunately when we came although our bags was place in the room the extra bed wasn't set, the mini bar in our room was empty. We have to call for a cable for the broadband, call for spoon and fork, call for bathroom towels, no clothes hangers, no hotel slippers, in short the room was lacking of everything that it was a bit upsetting specially when we are too tired to go thru everything. We also notice that the room was not properly maintained as we have to call assistance to fix the small safe in the room, some of the drawers are broken and lights need to be replace because they were busted and on top of that the refrigerator is so noisy that it literary wakes you up in the night when you forget to close the bedroom door. The a/c in the living room area was not working properly. We have also been place in a room where the view was a side of a building which looks and sound like an a/c duct. We also notice that the staffs in restaurant 5 where we have our breakfast for the 7 days we stayed some what pay's attention to particular guest more regardless we have arrive and requested first which is quite frustrating as we notice it for 3 days in a row. They were quite slow in replenishing the food even though there were only a few selection in their buffet breakfast. Most of the time I was also served with brewed unfiltered coffee, as coffee granules sit's at the bottom of my cup.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff.

In the kitchen area the two electrical sockets are almost directly over the sink. If you want to use the toaster, kettle or microwave you have to move them close to the sink. I think this is unsafe and hazardous.

Service im Restaurant (22. OG) zu langsam.

The room the facilities and the staff including the utility people they are very friendly.

The check in time of 1500H that is very long to wait

Me me quedado en Discovery Suites 4 veces, en todos su tipo de habiraciones. Las suites son excelentes, amplias y comodas. El personal de la puerta, el bell boy, lobby y restaurante ...en fin todos son muy amables, agradables, sonrientes y respetuosos. El desayuno buffet esta incluido y es muy completo. Me impresiono el gimnasio del hotel, grande y muy bonito. Tambien bastante agradable el lounge bar del ultimo piso. El hotel queda a pie del Centro Comercial Podium y del Mega Mall.
