I thought the staff were all very curteous and we have never been treated better than anywhere in the world and I have travelled extensively. Also the position to shopping was excellent and thought the security was also great and made you feel very safe. I would go again and recommend to my friends. Food was awsome, loved every minute.

The suites need some upgrading. There was also noise all day long from a construction project.

The staff at the Restraunt, front desk snd ftomt door were great and very friendly.

My bed was not cleaned properly. The under speed had blood on it and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned properly. I had to sleep on the top covered by robes.

It is in a central location

When I arrived in the morning after about 12 hours travel, I was told that I will not be able to check in my room before 2 pm unless I upgrade to a club room for 50% more which really was not in my requirements. The room was very below the standards of a club room I have seen in other places and it was obvious the staff just want to upsell rather than customer service. I was even planning to stay in the same hotel on my way back but cancelled

Staff is very friendly and always around. Service is top class. Location is top. W-lan very fast in the rooms. Late check out for free!

I don't like to have the shower in the bath tub!!!

The location of the Hotel . Staff were friendly & cooperative . Lobby is big & nice . Food was superb and the ambiance was relaxing.

Furniture is too old for such high rate !. Very poor/Weak internet services . Very high rate compared to the similar adjacent hotels . Few seats/furniture in the big lobby !!. Construction activity in front of the hotel (Vey annoying) .I had to change my room . After room make up , some old towels were left & some were not good ! I had to speak to room services to change them .

1-The avilability of the reqisted room was missing , I got diffrent than what I requiest . 2-the nearby construction is noisy 3- the rate is very high compaired to the similar hotels . 4- facility rate is very high compaired to the other 5 starts hotels .

I like the entourage, the professional staff and the friendliness as well as security.

I did not like the fact that on the day of our departure we were disturbed TWICE to check on our minibar. Check out is 12.00 and we were disturbed before 09.00 and 09.30 again. This is unacceptable !

The staff at the Dusit Thani is exceptional. Book Dusit Thani if you want 5-star treatment for a 4-star price. They really do treat you extraordinarily well.

This visit was flawless.

I have stayed at the Dusit Thani two times and I am returning there tomorrow. Why? It is like comfort food. It is not gourmet (Le Meridien or The Ritz) but it is always very good and makes you feel content.

The gym is a little dated but still nice. Would like to see it updated with new equipment and refreshed paint.

Honstly it was nice time there and i like evrything there and there s alot of treaning staff doing them job so nice

The overall culture experience

No one bothered to offer help with luggage!

Convenient location, food is great. Staff are usually warm, friendly and attentive (particularly concierge, bell hop, greeters, dusit club ladies); with the exception of a few waitstaff (morning shift) at Basix who don't smile at all. The breakfast waitstaff are too stressed out I guess trying to handle the numerous guests.

The price could go lower, especially for returning customers.

The room I reserved from the web site show executive suit with separate door to the bedroom but it is not. The room which I asked for is in the 16th flower and it is under construction. Nobody tells you that construction is going on, I was in the 15th floor and in top of my head sometimes they work until 10 pm at night. Access to the construction is in the same level so dust smell is always there with the usage of fan to clean it. Seen worker carrying big woodn board near the elevator all the time making too much noise. So in overall it is a shite hotel which have been built in the 70. I will not recommend it too no body with their rates 14000 peso a day.

I liked everything about this hotel. I would stay here again if visiting Manila. The staff was very pleasant and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Location is very good, walking distance to shopping malls & restaurants. Very clean hotel. Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly & corteous. Breakfast buffet is superb. I will be surely going back to this hotel in my next vacation. I am always staying in Dusit Hotel everytime my family is in Philippines for a vacation.

Prices & hotel rates are too much expensive.

Cozy bed, big rooms and relaxing ambiance. Good for getaway weekend

Housekeeping did not clean our room and coffee bar was not refilled.
