The location is good, and the attitude of the staff is as well. The food at the restaurant was not very good. I think i got sick from the soup served for breakfast the first morning.

Very homey. Also, the lights in the hallway only lit up when people are outside walking etc.. Otherwise, they are dimmed; if not totally off. Spacious room with A/C which is uncommon in Baguio. The proximity to Sm shopping mall has to be noted. Very convenient, and you can easily walk to the mall and nearby bus terminals. The moment I walked into the room, I sneezed. That's a pretty strong indication that the room is a bit dusty. The brown cover they have placed on the bed smelled awful! We had to remove it along with the small bolster pillow because I didn't think they were laundered properly. Bathroom has that old feel to it, especially the shower area. Poorly lit as well. Nobody helped with the luggages. Front desk personnel didn't even bother to ask if we needed help.
