The price was right and it was conveniently close to a grocery store and fast food restaurants. I've stayed there three times now and previously I reported roaches crawling around. This time I saw a mouse across from my room. I may not be staying there anymore.

well its ok for the money u pay .however i was expecting better rooms but .... i changed the room twice the first one the window curtain was bad and it was noisy , the other room was bad cause the a/c wasnt good. i was sweating . however the staff were good

Good service. Hotel staff are warm and friendly. The price of room per night are affordable. The hot and cold shower is not working. Either it's too hot or too cold. I also noticed that water doesn't go down easily to the drainage.

Almost everything is great. Restaurants are just withing walking distance, Amenities are superb, clean rooms, sheets. Perfect for our family. There is no functioning elevator.

The hotel did not meet our expectations and the pictures posted on the website is totally different with the facilities that they are offering. The rooms are dirty and it smells like roaches. Their elevator is not functioning well, it could not get us thru the 3rd level. We brought with us 3 heavy luggages and heaps of carry on bags. Thus, it was so difficult for us to walk to the next floor carrying all our bags with us. But, at least the staff was respectful and is always ready to help.

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite. It is near the supermarket, fastfood and drug store. The hotel is accessible and the place is quiet. The rate is budget-friendly. The reserved room (suite with 2 single beds and with a sofa) is not ready and occupied by other guests. We have no choice but to occupy a suite with one double bed and we were provided with an extra single bed instead (no charge). We have to wait for the hotel staff to bring in the extra bed before we can rest and fix our things. I expect to occupy what is published on the web site but I did not get said expectation. Does the hotel staff think that the guest is not sure to come? There was also no phone call or even an sms message from the hotel or booking.com to confirm that we are coming on the booked date so that the room that we reserved is ready.

The staff are okey, the rooms are spacious with kitchen but no coffee maker. There has a cockroaches and mouse. Elevators is not working and people who stay in the corridor are noisy.

The price is ok. With the same price of 2 br suite I can get a luxurious deluxe room in a 5 star hotel. The hotel was really dirty. The first night I was there, I qasnt given the room that I requested, which was with kitchen. When we moved to a new room the next day, the room was full of dust, I had to wear slippers ib tue room to avoid my feet to be covered by dusts.. I was sneezing and coughing in my sleep, I ddnt even know that I was capable of doing that.. The first day in the wrong room, we had to ask for hot water over and over again cause they refused to lend us the kettle. It was so troublesome. I told them having a kitchen was important cause we can only eat halal food. Which was hard to find so we hqd to cook them ourselves. It was a total disaster. Sheets was dirrrrty. There were no iron and iron board. It was crazy!

Spacious unit, orderly, and very accessible in the central business area There is no sound proof - noise outside the room is clearly heard. The door seems not so fixed that there is seen spaces and seem so weak.

It was a nice room and i felt at home it there! It is usually very quiet, which i like from a hotel! On this particular evening (i only stayed 1 evening) voices could be heard through the hotel room gone past 1am!! Luckily the room where i stay has 2 doors, one on the outside and another to get to the bedroom, which means when closed i could hardly hear the talking voices through the corridors! Some people were outside sitting down on the seat and it was quite echoey! If i had not had this room i would have heard it very well! So goodness knows what other people thought about this going on after 1am!!

My girlfriend and myself were so comfortable staying at El Rico Suites! The room that we stayed in was very homely and had a lot of space with the extra dining area and an entrance hall. We will return to En Rico Suites in the future. We were very happy with this little gem of a hotel in Makati. The room service was always fast and friendly and we appreciated how smooth everything was. And, also great value for money too! Thank you very much. :) The only minor complaint was there was no wifi in the rooms, but to be honest we survived just fine and will come back to stay at El Rico Suites.

El Rico Suites is conveniently located in downtown Makati. It's very near if you want to go to shopping malls in Makati via taxi in less than 10 mins. Their bedrooms are nice and very spacious too.
