Cousine strictly for locals. People with other tastes will remain hungry. Complimentary brekky does not include water. There are four bottles of water in the room but only two of them a complimentary.

The place is very quiet and restful as its far from the maddening crowd,has tha basic facilities,and a chapel,good restaurant ,and it provides a relaxing atmosphere.

It's very far from the beach,the hotel itself has no beachfront.The hotel has limited transport facilities to and from the hotel,and private transport is very expensive.

Good location, very well set out, good swimming pool, gym was average (readmills need a serious up grade), good security,

Treadmills in the gym were not up to the rest of the high standards of the resort.

The staff in the restaurant and pool are good and friendly but the guys in the reception are worst. They kept on calling us on our last day informing us to leave the noon at 12:00 noon as if they want us to evacuate the place immediately.

Too expensive for that kind of place.

architectural designs were pretty. the concept was good, execution was very poor.the driver who picked us up from airport was very nice. for a hotel who claim to have a 5-star rating, has very poor service and does not live up to standards of a resort hotel.

remoteness of the place would have been okay, if they offer watersports activities to pass away boredom. the shuttle to town is always late, not to mention, there is only very few trips a day, with no definite schedule. hotel staff will not inform you whats goin on,why its late; if you ask them, they will just smile at you sarcastically; like saying,"sorry, you're trapped here". and that's not fair; considering we booked several rooms. the so-called buffet meal, does not offer much. very few food selection. no watersports activity. lights are turned off at 9pm; and they don't even give you flashlight, you will have to walk back to your room in the dark.they don't offer anything at night as well.hotel bar is close, karaoke place, that charge way too much, even if youre a guest at the hotel, no wonder its closed as well. the place is not a resort, its just a place to sleep in, in a very remote place. they made us wait for the shuttle bus for hours without letting us know whats going on. when we ask, they just smile and shrugged their shoulders. we also asked if other guests has complained and the staff says yes, happens all the time and management is not doing anything about it. i am very disappointed of our stay there, we felt trapped and gypped. will never recommend this hotel. better off staying at the other hotels near the beach. this hotel does not offer anything special at all.

Отель имеет уютную ухоженную территорию. Организует бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт или морской порт. Экскурсия по острову - 2500PHP/чел. За эту стоимость можно взять машину с водителем по такому же маршруту (много предложений в аэропорту); даже с входными билетами и обедом (не лучшего качества) на реке Лобок такая поездка обойдется дешевле.

Оплатить пребывание попросили при заселении. Причем сумму умудрились списать дважды. Предложили номер , зашторенное окно которого уныло смотрело на глухую стену. Пришлось показать, как должен выглядеть улучшенный номер на сайте бронирования, который к тому же подразумевал и красивый вид. Нам объяснили, что у отеля 3 вида улучшенных номеров и этот - один из них. После проявленной нами настойчивости нас переселили, но в номере был запах плесени. Пришлось снова вызвать персонал и найти источник запаха в шкафу за приборным щитком... Каково же было наше удивление, когда мы обнаружили, что отель в тот день был практически пуст :(
