Apart from the location I didn't like much! Every time I returned to the room I had to get one of the staff to come and put the aircon on: for some bizarre reason guests couldn't be trusted with the remote! I had an early morning arrival and late evening departure so I paid the full night before for my 7.30am arrival and asked if they could give me a late check out till 4pm on my last day as a quid pro quo. I made the request when I booked but had to ask again when I checked in and was told hotel policy was that I owul dhave to pay another half day for the privilege despite already paying an extra 24 hours for the early check in. When i pushed they then decided that the room was booked to another customer. The last strawa wa sthey refused even to store my bag for two hours until I threw a fit. I will never stay here again.

We had our own freezer(not a minibar, but a proper empty freezer you can use to keep your own drinks and foods). It was pretty much perfect for the money. Staff was very friendly and took the time to talk with us and even play with our son. No problems with noise(They have extra glass doors you can slide infront of your door that cancels almost any outside noise). Foods were also very good, although a little pricey, but then again all hotel food is pricey. They have their own little in-house bakery and you can buy & order freshly baked cakes and stuff! The area around the hotell was pretty safe and there's a large mall nearby, also the nearest McDonalds is pretty close if you want something totally cheap and not local. There was no pen and paper in the room. No elevator (our room was on the 2'nd floor so no problems with that), but wide stairs, so handicapped people my find it troublesome.
