1. completeness of facilities for a family 2. reasonable cost 3. peaceful location 1. some customers used to smoke in the premises of the dormitory 2. cabinet should be located in the room not at the cr 3. malfunctioned flush of the cr and the hose connections of the stove should have been checked before any client comes in.

the cheap rate, nice clean rooms. quiet place. their cr is too small. their aircon is very loud, and I think there is no ventilation for the aircons motor bec. it releases so much heat at the kitchen area. (but you cannot feel the heat inside your room).

Kein Fenster der Zimmereingang ist nur direkt aus der Autogarage benutzbar (wenn man direkt neben seinem geliebten Auto schlafen will vielleicht noch vorteilhaft!)

i didnt like the room that they give me,i can smell the odor of the toilet room it soo stinky and the rooms its smell terrible and stinky horoble place to stay thats why i only sleep there 1 night and i find another place more comfortable and relaxing

we like the kitchen facility, the ref, tv, aircon, the space and its clean the water in the bathroom looks like it came from a canal though. the water is not potable. the bathroom is really hot because of the AC steam

L'espace, Douche eau chaude, La possibilité de cuisiner avec un gaz et un frigo Le chaud de l'air conditionné qui donne dans la salle d'eau est étonnant... Chasse d'eau disfonctionnel comme quasi partout dans ce pays.

The Wi-Fi was good in the rooms. There was no plug in the sink No hot water, aside from the shower, which had a small amount The bed is too small, not a double size. There were no floor matts, The sink, shower fitting and toilet in the bathroom leaked.

Rien. Tout était horrible, excepté le wifi qui fonctionne relativement bien! La réservation était de 870 pesos. On a commencé par vouloir me facturer 1300 peos. Comme je réagis, on me facture finalement 988 pesos. Parce, ne sont pas inclus dans le prix affiché : la TVA et une charge de 70 pesos. De plus, je n'ai pas eu la chambre demandée, mais une espèce de studio avec un matériel datant d'avant 2000, au moins. Une climatisation ultra-bruyante que j'ai coupée pour pouvoir dormir. Un chauffe-eau dans la douche au fonctionnement irréguier et très aléatoire ( je n'ai toujours pas compris comment régler le tout, d'ailleurs, de l'eau suintait de toutes les canalisations. Un système de serrure propre à décourager tous les cambrioleurs mais aussi les clients. C'était dans l'annonce sur internet, mais pas de carte de crédit.
