I like the rooms...

they don't have elevator and far from the beach

The staff was friendly.

The food was horable when there was actually food. Room service took 90 minuted for a sandwhich and chicken tenders. The pool looked like dirty bath water. Electrical plugs and fire safety equiptment were hanging out of the wall by the wires. We booked 8 nights stayed only the one. I found a much nicer hotel Boracay Beach resort.

Location was great. I liked being in the heart of D'Mall

Service was poor. Room was not clean, floors were dirty, the shower leaked onto bathroom floor and was not cleaned for us on for the 7 days we stayed there. Housekeeping was done very late in the day (eg. 4Pm), nesscities like toliet paper and soap where not replaced unless we spefically asked for it. Wifi was only available in certain areas of the lobby, and not anywhere else in the 'hotel'. There was no food left at breakfast at 9am, when they are open until 10am.

Staff were friendly

Way to expensive Coe a Nigel not on the beach. Breakfast was iffy....at best I was booked for a week. Upon arrival found that my Rom was not as I booked. I tried to get another room ...I was nit allowed......I told them I wasn't going to stay. They in essence sais. Take it or leave it....but we will keep your money. I will never stay again at biz hotel.

The Buffet Breakfast selection is so nice and there is a lot of choices.

There is no Hot water in our room, and there are mosquito.

Rooms were cleaned every day... Staff always smiling and friendly.. Location right next to d mall without the commotion..

Breakfast not great, they say they give you choices but the choices are both pork so no choice at all, we had to talk to the staff and ask for the manager before allowing them to give us a choice for breakfast.. Borrowing an adapter should not be charged but free for use because it will be returned anyway, basic of the basics... No wifi in rooms just the lobby, makes no sense when all the establishment or even the inns at Boracay have wifi in rooms.. Mosquits are everywhere in lobby but staff made sure to spray it with insecticides...

Sehr laut sehr schlechtes management, insbesondere durch die booking.com buchung. Lag nicht vor und hat 2 stunden gedauert bis diese bestätigt war. Dreckige zimmer. Sogar nach zimmerwechsel. Das hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Utubudet på frukostbuffen tilltalar endast Asiater, fanns ingen flexibilitet.

Тишина, спокойствие, обслуживающий персонал. , полотенце меняли каждый день, уборка номера каждый день. Очень хорошее расположение, близко к морю, но в отдалении от основных увеселительных заведений, один выход с отеля выходит прямо на ДMOLL. Хорошая территория, бассейн не имеет сильного запаха хлорки.

Минус белье меняли только по просьбе,туалетные принадлежности только по приезду, чай кофе, сахар иногда забывали положить. Однообразные завтраки.

Хороший отель за такую цену отдали 20.000 за 10 дней не супер дешего но отель действительно приличный расположен очень хорошо на алеее Дмол но вдали от шумов и ночной пляжной музыки идти до моря 3 мин. Советую ! Без изысков и крутотени но в номере убирают, не шумно хотя и от моря 3 мин. Хороший пляж! :-)

لا يوجد سيارة ولا خدمة غسيل وكي للملابس ولا شطاف ماء في المراحيض وخدمة الانترنت ضعيفه جداً

الموقع جدا رائع والعاملين جدا رائعين ومتعاونين

عند طلب تنظيف الغرف لايتم تبديل المفارش والمناشف وعدم وجود علب مناديل

Good location to the beach can't hear too much noise at night.

Too expensive for what is offered and highly disappointed with facilities, rooms and breakfast included.

Over all ugly looking place. Blocked Drainage, Noisy Window A.C.No proper Bath room accessories including consumable. Look like a junkyard than a resort. Not recommended.

الفندق يقع داخل مزرعه تديره عائله وجميع تلك العائله يعملون فيه واطفالهم كثر ويقومون بالاستحمام بالمسبح ويزعجون الضيوف وكذلك تجدهم يتراكضون في كل وقت وازعاجهم شديد من الصباح الباكر الفندق سيء جداً ولايوجد به اصانصير والاستقبال بعيد عن الفندق والغرف كئيبه موحشه وصغيره ودورات المياه صغيره جداً وبعيد عن الشاطئ والاناره في الفندق باهته كانك في غابه ولايوجد انترنت سوا في الرسيبشن وبطي جدا لاانصح بالاقامه في هذا الفندق مطلقاً خصوصاً انك ذاهب لجزيره كبروكاي

the staff and management are not good to talk and explain to guest,. all are bad... no water in shower ,.. mosquitos in room..

I did not like anything.

A lot of stuff I did not like in Grand Boracay. The staff from the very first night we arrived the staff was so unprofessional, he even implicated that we might be tricking them by telling them that our other kid is 10 years old. That is because once 11 yrs old they will charged our kid with adult rate. To clarify we do not have problem paying but the thought that we were treated like a trickster is just so absurd. By the way, we told them we will pay the adult rate. The breakfast was inclusive the rate and it was disgusting, they chose everything that would save their money and end up giving customers inedible foods. And considering the rate was inclusive of breakfast another very rude staff asks my 6 yrs old son his true age??? I mean they should have known that the parents are the once who should answer. And to make everything worst the bathroom was so stinky! And I mean really stinky my husband would throw up everytime he would try to enter the comfort room. All of us ended up using the shower outside to wash ourselves. We told the staff of thestink but it seems that they have gotten used to it and they couldn't care less. This hotel ruined our whole Boracay experience. I'm not writing this just to get back at the hotel but I really think it is unfair for tourists to given such a very bad experience. This hotel seriously needs to close down!

The filipino staff its really friendly, accomodating and easy to approach.

This hotel its for only chinese people. The supervisor (filipino chinese man) was drunk, gambling and smoking in the lobby in front of the staff and customers. He is bossy and threat the staff really bad in front of the customers! We cant accept this kind of behavior for a supervisor!
