Hotel H2O  

the staff (especially the bellhop jerome) were very pleasant and accommodating; children will love the aqua rooms for sure =)

no walkway (such a hassle when it rains); there should be a separate private entrance for hotel guests going into the hotel as well as going to the pool, ocean park and restaurants; there should be more and nicer parking

It's unique design and attractions are attractive to family vacationers looking for adventure with limited time within the city

The hotel entrance is confusing. It should be separate from the adventure park entrance.it has no ramp for luggage. The general entrance of the establishment is overpowered by activities in the Quirino grandstand.

Is quite a unique hotel and surrounding it you find some nice eateries and coming from singapore we are generally food lovers.

The room is fairly spacious and my only dislike is the toilet. The drop between the shower cubicle and the toilet is very shallow and this allows the water to overflow into the dry areas which makes it very untidy and also very slippery. The air return is noisy and something needs to be done to bring down the decibels. The key card to the door is not always sensitive and you invariably have to try a number of times to open the door. The entertainment is not so fantastic as compared to some other hotels I have stayed.

Rooms, service are nice. Therere is nice bay view

I don't like the location of the hotel. Inspite of the bay view, location is awful. There is a park or smth like this near the hotel. The park is a place of the rest of local people. It was terrible to walk to the hotel through the crowd of people. Also the hotel is located in the left side of the building of Manila Ocean par, which is very popular between local people.

Stayed at H2o at least 3 times in less than 1/2 a year. Asked for late check out and was denied. Reasons being hotel is fully booked. At least give me a better excuse. It was a wednesday.

I like H2o because its homey and the price I paid for it is really worth it specifically for the breakfast buffet that has a lot of choices and the waiters at makan makan was superb!

The receptionist doesnt answer your call, the phone rings forever and you have to call them multiple times before they answer. It will also be better if they have special pass to the amusement park charged to the room or for sale at the reception area than have your hotel guests line up with the whole country to get a ticket, after all why would we stay in H2o if not for the Manila Ocean Park

The hotel is brand new, only one year, still the outside part of the area is under construction. Great asian restaurant, very delicious and with a lot of choice. Close by the city center, just next by Ocean Park.

We were here in December (raining season) and we had a bay view room. The bay was very dirty. But during the night there was a fantastic light show visible from our room from the swimming pool side.

The aquarium wall in the room was a real treat

Aircon in the room could have been better. Breakfast not really up to expectations

The room was very well laid out and clean.

The staff were not very helpful. Requested a double room only to receive a twin.

We stayed in the Aqua room and it was fantasic. Staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful. H20 is close to the city. Plenty of restaruants and takeout below. Great for kids and adults who haven't seen marine life.

Should be more fish in the Aquarium for the Aqua room.

Clean room.

Very slow reception work. Check out takes too long, wait 30 minutes. Staff attitude is good, but not enough.

The bay view room is excellent especially with the sun set of Manila Bay. The open air cafe/ bar at night is very comfortable to have chat and drinks with friends. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is situated with the Manila Ocean Park which we do not have time to visit. It seems not so attractive to tourist (may be good for local) The location is not close to city and not in walkable distance for city tour, food and shopping, but the cost of taxi is reasonable.
