Hotel H2O  

the staff (especially the bellhop jerome) were very pleasant and accommodating; children will love the aqua rooms for sure =)

no walkway (such a hassle when it rains); there should be a separate private entrance for hotel guests going into the hotel as well as going to the pool, ocean park and restaurants; there should be more and nicer parking

Location and service.

We chose this hotel because it was marketed as having "high speed internet", but this was not true. The speed was always in the range of .03 to 0.1 Mbit/S. The answer that this was due to a fully booked hotel was also not true, since the speed was that poor even in the middle of the night.

Staff were mostly friendly and efficient. My flight was delayed by a day and they changed the booking dates without charge. Room was very spacious and setting is amazing.

I did ask for an extra mattress for the pull out sleeper, but this only arrived after my 4th attempt and having to ask for the manager to come to the room and explain what I needed. I did e-mail the reservations about my flight delay, but received no response from them which left me uncertain as to my booking.

Nice place in to the heart of the city,Good service and I was satisfied during our stay.

Weird set-up, reception on 3 floor...bedroom on 2nd...concierge outside and some distance away...I really couldn't point to anything in particular except that it just is badly organised.

We requested for a queen size park view room which was communicated earlier, but to no avail there was no room available. Mr. Patrick (young guy with specs) asked us to upgrade to a sea view premium suite. The room was spacious but you wont dare to look outside at the sea as the water was too black and there's a lot of rubbish/garbage on the water. The staff at the polite and friendly

1. The hotel entrance are joined together with the Ocean Park that makes you feel unsafe and no privacy. 2. The security doesn't even help to give directions. 3. The gym was unsafe as hotel guest whoa re either checking in or out are passing thru even though someone is using the gym, some kids are running around. 4. There is no direct access to the pool from the hotel, you need to WALK outside going to the main entrance of both ocean park and hotel almost near to taxi bay. NO PRIVACY at all. 5. The pool was rented out to the public at 200pesos per person, thus the guest and public use the same pool and the hotel guest doesn't feel valued with the amount we pay. 6. Hotel lobby can be access by public from the ocean park. 7. The price is too expensive for this kind of 3 star hotel.

I like the way the head of reception corrected the mistake of giving us two separate beds to a room with queen size bed. Wi fi access around the hotel. Cigar room availability.

Kathy the receptionist - was not helpful at all. Food for breakfast buffet was lousy!

The Aqua design of the rooms, the terrace for the dinner, and the pool side...

Little bit costy

We had a fantastic family holiday and meeting friends and relatives at H2o hotel.I Loved the set up of Aqua supreme room very well designed and my children and friends and relatives loved it too. They have excellent service from the staff,security,bell boy and room service. The makan makan retaurant very good for buffet breakfast with different selection. The hotel transport pick upfrom the airport is 900 pesos because they need to pay for the parking while they are waiting for you but it is reasonable price and it it safe even you will arrived very late.I Would like to thank to all the h20 staff they are doing a fantastic job and well done to all.I Highly recommend to anyone who will likes to have a wonderful experienced just like us. And thanks also to booking.com for their excellent service.

The only thing I liked is to have tried the aquarium themed room.

A lot of things I didnt like: 1. hotel reception staff are very slow. they didnt even informed us that the breakfast time is only upto 10am. 2. the rooms are soooooo far from the lobby. you have to walk like a kilometer before reaching our room. 3. the rooms are dirty which i didnt expect because this is supposed to be a newly built hotel. 4. the price is too expensive for the quality of our stay. they also offer a very high price if we extend our stay for another night. The price (if not booked online) is like double the rate.

The bay view room is excellent especially with the sun set of Manila Bay. The open air cafe/ bar at night is very comfortable to have chat and drinks with friends. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is situated with the Manila Ocean Park which we do not have time to visit. It seems not so attractive to tourist (may be good for local) The location is not close to city and not in walkable distance for city tour, food and shopping, but the cost of taxi is reasonable.

the location is superb, being into ocean park complex, it has comprehesnive services&facilities for ADULTS&CHILDREN. such as shops&restaurants, bump car &various play palaces. the sea view overlooking south china sea is eye catching & romantic that why I recommend strongly the choice of seaview rooms only. the satff is so polite&courtious from front desk to taxi desk through room service. makan makan restaurant is nice. the location is close the heart of Manila so if the weather helps take a walk along & around. ermita, malate, intramuros wall&city. In short I recommend H2O with a seaview room.

aqua room is not a comfortable place to be in, i.e not as I expected.
