Since I am from Manila Philippines, the location is ideal for me for a quick family bonding. The place is also great for family with young children.

the booking did not include the freebies (e.g. spa, breakfast, light & fountain show) that the hotel offers on the regular accommodation. though I understand that what i booked is a discounted price, but this is something that is nice to have even on a discounted rate.

I like the location most of all, it is situated at the very heart of Manila making it quite acc essible to everything.

It is located in the water that is both smelly and dirty making quite an unacceptable morning view for rooms facing the ocean

Agua room was great. to have your own aquiruim.

the bed was not very comfortable.

Reception is good and handles high-handed manner, provocative and chilled and slow And the menu is weak and gloomy rooms and a weak chuckle luminescent

The aqua room was definitely unique and nice. It was also pretty nice to be near the Manila Ocean Park.

Had to ask multiple times for a iron and finally had to go to the front desk just to receive one. Logging a password in for Wifi everytime you logged in your computer was a complete joke. I moved from the Aqua room to the Ocean view and all you hear is loud blasting music until 12 on the weekdays and 2am on the weekends which vibrates through your room. Also, all during the day and night you hear kids running and screaming through the hall ways. Not peaceful at all. I paid 150 plus a night(5 nights) and if I knew it was gonna be crazy like that I would of chosen a different hotel.

the rooms are clean.

I booked the hotel because it describes that rooms have aquarium like background - nothing of this is true. they are normal rooms overlooking the bay. also, the singer/band in the 3rd floor were very poor standard - not matching the 5star hotel standard. reception staff are too slow and checked in times are not accurate. they let me wait for an hour until I receive my key.

Aquarium in the room was so romantic and unique thing! Location was nice as it was easy to access many parts of the city easily from there. Breakfast was great!

Room was quite expensive. We have been in many same level hotels in Asia before, which were half of the price.

“Nearly perfect :-)” Reviewed March 31, 2013 new Room: Bayview room 3245 Clean, comfortable, and spacious for 3 adults. Good concept with the "open" sink, and opaque-glassed bathroom & toilet. Very good ventilation so no sewage odor at all!!!! Spacious closet. An Arne Jacobsen inspired swan chair. Wonderful sunset view. Very good rainfall shower head, a proper hair dryer, basic bath and dental amenities. Good wifi connection. Makan Makan restaurant: Good breakfast buffet. Good choices of food from different Asian cuisines. Very good service from the staffs - attentive, proactive and polite! Dishes are reasonably priced! General service level: I give it a 5! Polite, cheerful, act fast to requests. Generally we were all very satisfied :-)

To score a perfect 5: 1. Own lap pool and recreational pool ONLY for hotel guests. For now, as a workaround, the hotel can give the hotel guests a wristband to identify them, and they should NOT be asked to pay for the lockers! 2. Improve the housekeeping department - communication. They seem confused :-( 3. Sound proof the rooms. 4. A more consistent wifi connection for all devices - mobile, laptop, tablets

Hope that you can able to clean water from the sea. It was black color water at seeing from the window of the hotel. Just next to the park view.

On the first day there was a smell in the room from the wet carpet. They changed me room. Then the flushing of the toilet was not working they fixed it. Internet was very slow. The rooms withthe aquarium have no window. The worse was that I have been robbed by a taxi driver infront of the hotel in front of the eyes of hotel security who did nothing to prevent it.

The location which is accessable the us Embassy. Business and recreation. Food is great! Room staff were so hospitable and service is good specially at the restaurant.

What I didnt like is by changing my room reservation without any advance notice. I book the bayview room to view and wanted to see and capture the sunset of Manila Bay but they gave us the aqua room which so far from the entrance and almost end of the building. My wife aerived at the hotel and upgrade our room without notice and its me who made the booking. Due to my flight arrival from ny was midnight and arrive the hotel early morning. Inspite of my wife complains . I was so disappointed and not happy about what happened. I woke up early atound 6 am I went to the front desk and complained about The sudden chang.There was no action inspite of how many times we asked to move back to our original reservation. Front desk prople are not helpful enough for taking immediate action! Or telling us if theres availbale room or not until the end of our stay. Very dissapointed with the front staff! And are not as hospitable like as the room staff . Most of them donnot even say hello good morning etc when we pass by the area and just pretended theyre. Busy with their work. Maybe because were not a foriegner thats why? Another dissapointing moments when we checked out after paying our bills. It takes as almost 2 hours for us to wait for our baggage at the concierge area. By going back to the hotel I saw my baggage idle at the hallway unaatended. For what happened we almost lost our flight going to Cebu.

We stayed for 2 nights on different dates, the aqua room was great but the bay view room is the best. Great staff too so will definitely stay here again.

We like and love the aquarium room wall....Excellent ! Just looking the various fish moving around, we feel very good and enjoying the friendly atmosphere. Great Job, Hotel H2O

It's nice stayed we had.the cost of money we paid I think is not worthy. In some hotel the cost I paid I'm already a member but not in H20

The concept of the pool

staff are friendly, room is very clean

the toilet needs a bidet . the park view is ok but the window to watch it with has a tint that only tall people can watch the view well.

the Consierge is way too far from d hotel itself! you will have to pass-by the Ticket Booths & expect a lot of children!

There was a dj in the bar next to my room. I couldnt sleep in the evening. The price is over rated. The hotel is far away from the good area in Makati
