Beach front location was excellent. Right in the heart of best places to stay and eat on Alona Beach.

We had no major issues. Whilst the place does not have a pool, we knew this before we booked.

the location was brilliant right on the beach with a good choice of places to eat in the evening. the staff were really friendly and helpful and whilst couldnt accomodate a late check out were more than happy to let us have towels and a shower before our ferry back to Cebu

Location was great, centre of all the activity on the beach. Rooms were very clean and maintained daily, good size bed and enough space to walk around freely.

The staff were very mediocre.. As was the food. They were not particularly joyful and made no effort to smile or make our stay more cheerful. They were not suited for a job in tourism, but they were not bad... Just very average- the kind of people that would be forgotten in a few days. We had much better service/convo/humour at our stay in other resorts earlier in the trip.

The goal over Chinese New Year was to relax. By the third day we were laughing again. The staff is unparalleled and friendly. Everyone was eager to help. We had a room in the back of the facility which proved to be a good spot (room 9). On the second floor (first floor with rooms) and away from the rock-n-roll band at the Alona Beach Resort next door. After the first day we realized we could charge food and beverage to our room. We could eat and drink while relaxing on the beach. Just to the east of us was the Henan Resort having chair rental and massages under palm trees. Very nice. The Hayahay is between two dive centers and is a good point to watch divers depart and arrive. The food is great and very reasonably priced. The rooms were serviced daily and the refrigerator kept things cool.

Very little was negative. Maybe the bed was a little hard. Also due to the location of the hotel and lack of city services water from the tap is undrinkable and low water pressure. Most resorts on Alona Beach have little frontage and are situated from the beach back. Therefore only four chairs available for lounging. Usually chair availability was not a problem.

The location is great and the staff is very helpful. Nothing much to 'rave' about and besides my few reservations noted, I think this place is better than average for Bohol and Alona beach.

The food is not great, but I didn't have any food here or other islands in the Philippines that I would consider great. The room had a little bit of a weird smell at times but was nonetheless clean.

The waitress are very friendly and the fish is mostly fresh, the croissant is the best...

The reception tried to charge me twice with the same bill! The receptionist did not give me the receipt when I paid...

there was nothing to like in the place the stuff was in competent, the german manager was a arrogant foreigner and not helpfully or friendly...i actually paid one night penalty to leave and stay elsewhere.... the place feels like a dungeon and its only accessable walking down the beachfront, no car access

staffed but uneducated people manager was a very arrogant german... like staying in a tube with a sliver of beachfront...theres nothing beachfront about the place accept the 200m slog down the beach with your bags from where a taxi or trike will drop you.. much better places.. try Trudis

Excellent location right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accomodations were basic but very clean and comfortable, Internet was fine.

Ligging oke, personeel en kamer op zich ook prima

Beschrijving kamer klopt niet. Gen zeezicht voor de kamers! Daar gaat men nota bene prat op en dat geldt slechts voor 2 kamers!!! De rest zeezicht niet! Prijzig voor wat je krijgt

La habitación doble estaba muy bien, todo limpio. El hotel bien situado en la playa de Alona Beach. El restaurante del hotel no era de los mas baratos de la zona pero esta bien para desayunar. Si pagas con tarjeta te cobran un 5% extra, asi que mejor llevar efectivo

El wiffi no funcionaba muy bien

Die Lage an Alona Beach ist sehr gut. Der Service ist, wie man es von den Philippinen kennt, perfekt. Großes Angebot an Tauchmöglichkeiten (Anfänger, Erfahrene) vor Ort.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

Расположен прямо на пляже, принимают доллары и евро по нормальному курсу. Отличный персонал, убирают чисто каждый день. Wi fi 1 Mb, на пляже тоже работает.

Кондиционер маломощный, шумит как трактор.

Хорошее место - отель стоит на пляже. Идеальная чистота, уборка номера и смена всех полотенец каждый день. Бельё через день. Вкусное кафе на территории.

Нет никакой территории. Цена должна быть поменьше.

*Jag tyckte om att alla var väldigt vänliga. *att det låg väldigt nära stranden. *Maten hotellet serverade var utsökt, riktigt god! *Många bra tv-kanaler. *Att så fort jag bad om något i receptionen, kudde täcke samt hjälp med avloppet så var dem otroligt snabba och hjälpsamma. *Och så fick vi låna ett paraply sista morgonen när vi checkade ut, stort plus för den genorisiteten :)

*Mindre bra var att det inte fanns så många solstolar nedanför hotellet vid stranden. *Sängen var ganska hård, obekväm kudde. Men den fick jag bytt ut efter ett par dagar.

Kamers waren zeer proper. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten was voortreffelijk. Ligging aan het strand.

没有喜欢的方面。

1、没有烧热水的电热壶。问服务生要热水还不太情愿。请问我在旅馆里就喝不了热水了吗？？？ 2、窗式空调声音太响，连猪都能吵醒。我还怎么睡觉。 3、没有吹风机。 4、电视机信号不太好。 5、没有拖鞋。

地点绝对一流，左侧是无限蓝潜水，左侧第二家的Jasz是整个海滩最好吃的BBQ，右侧是沙滩上开到最晚的- 酒吧——而且有pizza。 员工态度非常好，收拾房间非常干净，以至于我们被感动了，后来每天都留小费。入住的时候不会先收钱，退房的- 时候才收，感觉很受信赖。 房间很大，而且有吊扇，不冷不热的天气用吊扇就够了

没有电梯...住楼上要把箱子自己提上楼，非常累... 明明要的是twin bed room，但checkin的时候发现，两张床被拼成了一张大床，可是床单和铺盖只有一个啊...也没办法拆成两张床用... 房间里...有蚂蚁，记得吃的东西收收好...我的一件衣服是黄色，结果被爬了一堆蚂蚁...最后只能晾到屋外...
