I used South West Tours to transfer me from the airport. They were excellent. The hotel is very new. The staff are excellent and also offer great beach service.. Great selection of cocktails and a rather nice Hawaiian Pizza.
Value for money, good service, perfect location for relaxation and far from noise of bars,etc..food is good, they upgrade our room to deluxe and good ambiance/scenery
Location far from station 1 and 2 and d'mall..
Enjoy sea view, clean room, very friendly staff, good food and seriously very WORTH value for money.
Distance to each station will take about 20 to 30 min to reach.
love the beach is in front of hotel, quite beach , really enjoy the stay . good for the couple who only wan to spend their holiday with the beach .
far from the d mall . night time if might have some supper or drink with music , need travel a bit journey from hotel to the restaurant.
Nice clean rooms, great friendly and helpful staff. If you don't mind walking then you will be fine with the location as its a 20 min walk to station 2, or more if its hot during the day.. walking pace drops
I wished that the 4th floor shared rooftop was open as its under renovation.
- staffs are friendly - breakfast is nice. - hotel facing the beach. - room is tidy & clean.
- the toilet flush is weak, things got stuck. Staff r helpful to clear up. - there were cleaning of balcony early morning on 1st day.. so it was noisy. 2nd day was ok.
Location and staffs
The staff are the most friendly we have ever met, the view was awesome, you can enjoy the beautiful beach scenery exactly in front of the hotel, we will miss all the staff especially Benj and Jason and of course our superb tour guide, Nonoy!
Poor wifi in the room but its okay, the line is getting better when you are at the lobby
Definitely loved the ambience of the place from the cafe to the rooms. Food variety was excellent. Convenience stores just along the corner. Staff are super helpful and homely.
Too much msg used on the foods.
Value for money(great price), good staff, & I stayed in the one close to the Boracay Beach 'D Mall' so it was very accessible to the stores and restaurants for tourists. Our AC system was always good/strong and it's gret to have cable tv shows even for little kids which my son enjoyed.
Not srong wifi, but you can access it on the lobby or close to the window and breakfast not much choices (same items daily). I hope they can update thier bathrooms. IT was clean, but very basic
It was an excellent location because it was in front of the White Beach and it was not that noisy at night. We had a superior twin bed (well that was the available room) but we were happy because the space was big.
The staff are great!!
Right on the beach Superior Queen had great ocean view Water and Hot water dispense was available in the restaurant.(I brought my own Thermos Travel Mug but I was told by the hotel staff that they have the Thermos available at the reception I'm not sure if there is a charge for rental). In room safe Overall I enjoyed my stay and is one of my choices of hotels in Boracay for future.
No Tea/coffee maker in the room. Poor breakfast choice with instant coffee (not brewed), OJ was cordial?,powder? juice not fresh or 100% juice. (hope they improve their breakfast as many guest's review) Had to pay 50Peso for cleaning for Beach Towel each time. Shower was fixed on the ceiling with weak water pressure. You need to bring your shower cap if you don't want to wash your hair.
I can have my perfect vacatio, peace and relaxing not to crowded
location - right on the beach, everything is new, clean, quiet
I wanted to be in station 3 to avoid the crowd, and at Hey Jude! it was just perfect, as there are plenty (enough) of people during day time, but getting more and more quiet toward the early hours of evening (7PM ish). Hey Jude is only 3 minutes walking to where I could register and arrange booking for all of my activities around the island (parasailing, reef walking, banana boat, island hopping, etc.) The staff was very helpful and nice. What even better was that I was being upgraded from standard room to deluxe and superior for 2 nights I was there.
There were not a lot of choices for breakfast but it was not really a minus point (I'm not picky with the food). But there are 2 options for Philippinos breakfast so it might be something.
The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and it really seems to be authentic as they are also very nice among themselves. The hotel is very new (finished in September 2013) and hence, everything works perfectly fine and it's rather stylish.
A very minor problem is that bills to the room are sometimes mixed up.. But they usually resolve without any discussion.
Location is excellent and price is OK !
Food and coffee can be better :-)
Rooms are new but small. It is on the far end of station 3 so it is quieter and less crowded. Staff was friendly.
Had to pay for beach towel. Sun beds are not adjustable and no umbrellas-ridiculous! No one came to clean the room. No mini bar in room. Strict rules when u first check in. Poor value for its price.
Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will use this hotel again.
No tea or coffee in room. Breakfast was tasty but basic
Located on white beach. Free Breakfast Friendly Staff Away from the loud and busy station 2
Wifi didn't reach the back rooms Sand in the room.
Located at station 3, it is more quiet and the atmosphere is conducive for relaxation. No loud music or noises. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. Highly recommended for first timers in Boracay, affordable and the rooms are simply furnished, clean, tidy. I will definitely choose hey jude southbeach if ever i'll come back in Boracay.
Food is not served warm. I hope they will add more filipino dish.
Staff were wonderful, they fixed the nonflushing toilet straight away, location just brilliant for clear and easy access to beach, top up your drinking bottle all the time at no cost, service onto the beach was great. Will recommend to friends.
Options for breakfast too narrow, dont know what you would have if you didnt like eggs. Wifi only in cafe but ok. It would be nice to have coffee in your room or get one from the cafe through the day. Great place though.
The location of the hotel is great. It's quiet and not as crowded as other 2 stations. Good breakfast (not buffet) but still with a lot of choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was small but delightful, mostly due to the fact that the hotel is new and in great condition. Great value for money!
The wi-fi didn't work on the 4th floor. You can use it only downstairs.
