I've asked 2 staff in there, a certain manang fely is working there for almost 40 yrs. And the one assigned in the resto has been serving them for 21 yrs. Its very rare nowadays to find such a faithful, loyal employee. I hope and wish that this kind of employee be rewarded and given extra recognition. THEIR WARM WELCOME MAKES US AT FEEL HOME.....GOD BLESS ALL THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL

The staff are very accommodating. The room that we got was very relaxing. Affordable and yet comfortable. We were able to enjoy our stay in Baguio. A whole day of roaming around Baguio, at night we were able to enjoy the rest of our day even just inside our room.. my 3 yrs old daughter enjoyed the very relaxing room.

the place is so private. the climate, weather, the surroundings is close to perfect.

The room is cozy and clean, staffs are very kind. I like the breakfast very much.

The location is not good.

Spacious room

No slippers, no tooth brush and tooth paste, no shampoo. These things actually very small but it is very big impact to customers.

the place is very well maintained, the staff is friendly, the food is good. the room for a family of 5 people is big more then enough. excellent, we'll be back there for sure if back to baguio.

close to burham park and city market, cheap and clean, food excellent, staff friendly, as hotel is slightly off the road their is no traffic noise, easy to get a taxi, i would have no problems staying at this hotel again

It's homey atmosphere... so warm and so relaxing... love the place

During our stay there was a road construction going on, so the taxi was not able to take us directly to the hotel, there should been a note on the website telling us the anything about road constructions, since I was travelling with my elderly parents.

I particularly give credit to the Inn's staff who promptly addressed all the concerns brought to their attention especially the shower facility and also the hot temp of the room towards mid morning til mid afternoon. They provided electric fan units. Strong water supply with hot shower facility.

The facilities, needs repair especially the bath room. You wouldn't like to stay in the room late in the morning because by then, the summer heat starts to sip in. Maybe they should replace the glass window panels with jalousie-type window or just plain fan-type windows wc can be opened or closed but have iron grills installed. Room rate is quite unreasonable considering that this is an Inn in contrast with the other new Hotels nearby.

Staff are friendly. Food is good.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff and free from neighboring noise.

The road is being repaired so its difficult to reach especially if the passage is blocked by construction trucks.

It's quiet and very private, except that when there are events at SM, the noise will keep you awake until almost 12 midnight. The place is clean and the food is good, staff accomodating. I will consider it again in my next stay. Thanks.
