The location in Makati, a business district is good. Its also right near the mall. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

For a Hotel on this level, I would expect that nowadays WiFi is a service to be included, but it's NOT and they would charge seperatly for WiFi. This are bad manners in many of these Hotels, and should really stop soon.

The front desk staff are efficient and professional. Housekeeping staff is great as well. Location is ideal for most anything in the CBD.

Staff at the restaurant can be a bit disorganized especially during peak times (breakfast on weekends come to mind)!!

It is conveniently located near the shops and eating places. Although it is very busy city outside the hotel it is quiet and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast.

I was given a room at the 12th floor, the smoking floor is 11th floor and the smell of cigarettes expels through the 12th floor. I was given a room where the air-conditioning was not working. We checked in late around 9.30 pm and not much time to realize until overnight I was sweating in bed. We were moved to the 4th floor the next day and it was all fine.

The toilette was blocked during our stay. It was very inconvenient esp for a short stay. The rooms and toilets are very small compared to hotels that we've been and they are not even a 4* hotels.

We liked our stay in this hotel. The location is good, staff was helpfull, our delux room was clean & comfortable with nice view. Everything was ok.

The location was right in the city center.

Our room was small and certainly needed some renovation. The room view was right to the roof. Both accomodation and services of the hotel seem to be overpriced.

The staff are frindly which makes me comfortable in the travelling , I like every thing in the hotel, the people being themselfes .

Excellent location in the heart of Makati City. Very short distance to travel to Green Belt Mall. Large pool. Also has a nightclub Icon inside the hotel. Hotel room was comfortable. Overall a very good stay.

The hotel completely lacked the opulence and ambiance of a 5* hotel. We stayed on New Year's Eve, there was little vibe in the hotel and no information shared by the hotel on any events being hosted for this occasion? Internet availability should be standard in rooms in a 5* hotel. In these times it's totally retro not to have this basic service available to guests. If absolute necessary just build it into the overall cost package for the room. It's obtuse to ask a guest paying anything from $270 a night upwards to pay an additional 800 pesos (C.$20) for internet for 24 hours. P.S. Based on local internet prices, and pricing in general in the economy, $20 is an over-priced product.

Good location, great and efficient staff.

Hotel decor is very dated and needs refreshing. Not the typical intercontinental standard I am accustomed to.

Great 5 star hotel and value for money

* On check in around 5-6pm on Sat night, there was no one at the Priority desk. We waited 15 mins while staff saw us and said nothing. Eventually we went to normal counter to check in. * On departure after late check out, around 2:30pm on Tuesday, there was no one at the Conscierge desk. When we asked the lady on Guest services for help, she called the people to come back to the desk. I waited 5 mins then decided not to waste any more of my time. So for a 5 star hotel, the service should match.
