the place is convenient, secured. The room is big,comfortable a value for money

The location was just besides a shopping mall and near to most of the city's attractions. Affordable for those who are looking for value for maoney.

No parking space alocated so be prepared to find a suitable parking area nearby during check-ins since you need to go to their office first to confirm your reservations and the staff don't care about your baggages during that time until payments were settled. The room appears to be clean but the bed were uneven layer of foams and if your skin is sensitive I suggest you take some precautions. Rooms should be designated if smoking and non-smoking just to make sure one won't end up in a smoking room. The electric outlets mostly share a common conection so avoid using sevral appliance in one set of outlets or else be prepared to loose power on those outlets.

The location was good. That's about it

The staff does not even know that we have reservation and they have to search it online. They were not prepared to receive us. We have to call JMM everyday for housekeeping. The owner of the property made two bedroom out of studio apartment and it made an uncomfortable stay. Housekeeping shortened us for towels and we have to call everyday to provide it.

I like the location, very near the shopping mall and was near to the offices I had business on

I didn't know that there is a need to pay 12% on top of the price which was a surprise when I registered during the first day.

Convenience for shopping and dining out. Use of car parking space. Not too far from the airport. Good lift service with four lifts. Safe inside the room for valuables storage. Rooms serviced daily.

Lacking in some utensils for self catering. Fridge did not have a door on the freezer section inside the fridge. The drip coffee maker did not have a filter basket so could not be used. Airconditioner could not cool the room enough. The laundry was on the 28th. floor not the 3rd. floor as stated on the notice on the back of the door. No hot water at the kitchen sink for washing dishes. No bath mats.

Position is very good , very lively area, security is excelent and security stuff very helpful.

Area was not very clean, Bed in the Apartment where we stayed was not good, it was like sleeping on the wood, very hard, swiming pool is to smal for such crowded apartments, same for elevators, you had to wait long time for them.

It was very ease to get there from airport, even wen the trafic was crouded, in the bulding is Robinsson Mall situated and you got a lot off shopping next door, as we only stay over night before we go any further we dident went far from the hotel, you have all you need at the building.

The bed, hard as a rock, as we had stay in two different rooms i can tell in the second room the springs in the bed set stamp on your back.

Very Good service

Very big apartment-style room with fully equipped kitchen (although I didn't have the occasion to use it) and dining area. High floor with big window and great view.

Aircondition terrible,lots of Noice.Bad smell.Dirty bed.No sheets in the bed.Blanket Dirty. Bad atmosphere.

They want to charge us more beside we already pay more than s$200.00 ++ per night

Kitchen facility is good but they just need to add Microwave it will be better, and the location is very good near to everything

hotel is great .. the security perosonall and MOHAMMED the manager himself he is one in a million guy. I salute the guy he is friendly caring and very down to earth guy.. Swimming pool n gym r both clean and great.hotel lifts are fast. Location is great right next door to the robinson mall

not providing and detergent to was cuttelry.. surely should provide teab bags n sugar n poweder milk ehheehh

Non friendly staff make us uncomfortable. Westing our time to cek in because they don't confused with what we're booking at booking.com We feel not safety to stay there because they can move our luggage form 1 room to other room when we were outside dan when we came in our room fill with others ... SO CRAZY

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Hotel was safe. Room was clean and comfortable. I will certainly consider it when I return to Manila. Also liked kitchenette.

Wifi is hit and miss they put me in a room with raw sewage leaking from the ceiling and the bathroom floor flooded , said take it or go away. Bad bad people

locked my keys in my room late at night and had to sleep in another room until a locksmith was found, and he opened the door at 2am

fit and finish of this newly built 52 floor building was extremely poor
