The fact that around it are a lot of restaurants is a plus.

I don't understand why some hotel charge you for an internet connection.

The rooms are clean and spacious.

We arrived late at night. The staff reception was friendly, courteous and efficient. The location in Makati was on a main road and close to night clubs and bars. Still, our rooms were quiet and we slept well.

Old building, furniture, bedclothes with stained unpleasant smell in the room transfer to the airport cost 1500php adapter cost 100 php

I liked the location. Its so close to everything in the city. The room is huge including the cabinets were large enough for huge luggages

The view from our window wasnt the best, but then again it didnt matter much. No bidet on the toilet

arrived at the hotel 0310 of Aug 29th and checked out around 0730 of same day, the reservation fee charged on my card was not acknowledge and my card was charged again upon checked in and more than the agreed amount thru booking.com. Paid double for my stay.

Among other same price hotel rooms, this is clean and tidy. Location is near Makati business centre. Opposite the room is the red night district and better not with family or girl friend staying here.

this hotel lives in the past rooms out dated un cared for .The first room given plugs hanging out of the wall no tea or coffee very limted bathroom ie shower gell soap etc. not even good value. at the price many hotels near by cheaper better value and included include breakfast. Porter sevice when cheque out DO IT YOURSELF One of the poorest hotels out of the many i have used in Manila

+ My stay at Jupiter Suites was good. The people working there were superbly and naturally nice. They were prompt in responding to my needs and queries. Everybody was just all so willing to help even though it was not their responsibility. The housekeeping staff from Dumaguete helped me with my luggage on the way down as there was no elevator on the 4th floor, only until the 3rd floor. Aside from that, he found a taxi for me while I was at the reception settling my dues. With the guard always ready to open the door for the hotel guests and having the hotel entrance smelling so good, oh! That was already a plus! In addition, I love the clean stain-free fragrant good-smelling linens. They have a big tv, too. Bigger than Caravelle Hotel (hcmc). There were so many cable channels to choose from. Also, it was quiet (facing the residential area). Thanks to that reviewer at booking.com who gave that advice. The hotel is very close to restaurants, banks, embassies, etc. The aircon was quiet. The free wired internet connection was fast. The hotel provided me a newspaper every morning. The room was very spacious and was clean though it didn't look so spic and span with the dark lines of the tiled floor. The check in and check out was done fast. Lastly, there was unlimited smiles and hellos. I found the atmosphere of the hotel very healthy and positive because of that. Unlike Sky Hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which is just on the opposite extreme!

- The room was dim for working or reading. Maybe 2 more lamps would make it better. The toilet looked moldy. The fridge looked horrible yet was functioning well. The housekeeping staff failed to clean my room once even though I put the "Please make up room." To be certain they clean your room, you got to ask/call them. Anyhow, the evening staff (not the housekeeping but the guard on duty and somebody else) provided me clean towels and new linens. Another thing that's a bit of an eyesore was the old elevator. Further, there was no safe in the room. Maybe with the price I paid, it's too expensive for the room that I got. Well, with the good location and with it in Makati (expensive area in Manila) expect to get something like that unless you stay outside Makati. Lastly, I had to pay p100 rent for the internet cable.

What I like most about Jupiter Suites is its location. It is very convenient to go around Makati especially if you have business to do in addition to shopping. The staff are nice and friendly and the place is comfortable.

Hotel staff is relatively friendly. Air con works.

This is for only the budget traveler. The rooms are dark, relatively grimy, hot in the middle of the day, bathrooms are decent but rundown. Hallways are noisy. If you're on the street side, it's so loud with the horns honking that you'll never get any sleep. Like I said, only for the most budget traveler.

Fridge was out of order, so all minibar bottles were covered with mould. Add noisy window (no chance to manage without AC in Makati) and you get Jupiter suites.

لقد حجزت عن طريق بوكنق ولم يظهر المبلغ الذي دفع عن طريق الفيزا لدي الفندق وكان المبلغ 1500 ريالا وقد اظطريت ان اقوم وادفع لهث نقدا عما بان هذا المبلغ قد سحب فعلا عن طربقحيث الفندق
