The lobby was really nice and cozy but that's just all about it... The room was nice at first glance but as you inspect the windows, the mirror, television... one wouldn't think the the room is properly cleaned for your comfort. The glass sliding doors is poorly maintained as well as the balcony. It was really dirty. Beware of the cockroach in the bathroom. Upon checking-out, the woman Cashemere in the reception wasn't at all very pleasant. When handed her the key she didn't even bother looking at us and instead answered her walkie-talkie so we were basically just standing there waiting for her to finish her cnverstation. It wouldn't hurt to say, "one moment, please". It was indeed very unprofessional of her to treat guests like that. To sum it all, my family and I wasn't really impressed by the level of their cleanliness and hospitality. If you are thinking of staying in Hotel Kimberly think twice. I'd suggest you look elsewhere. It's not really worth your money.

The pool area was lovely and loved walking the grounds and visiting the little farm and garden area. Breakfast had a good variety. There is a great playground for the kids.

Staff, Pool area and garden was very nice. The room was smelly and moisture. Everything felt a bit wet. The bed linen were not clean.

It was clean and offered a room which could accommodate 4 adults. I think with so much competition in Tagaytay for accommodation, and given that it is a bit further from the main road, Hotel Kimberly can offer better rates or at least some incentives if people are staying more than 2 nights
