Wifi is too slow...
playground for kids breakfast free wifi animals tire swing
Some of the furnitures are a bit worn out
The hotel is clean.staff were approachable..breakfast was so good..
Aircon was quite noisy...the place was not that easy to locate we find time in looking for it since its super traffic when we went there.management should put bill board to direct visitors well.
It's not just an ordinary hotel but they also offer extracurricular activities for the guest such as bonfire with marshmallow grilling (“,), animal feeding in their small farm (love the sheep and rabbit) and movie nights. They have the swimming pool, game room/fitness room/children little play area, obstacle course, playground. A serene place yet you’ll not be boring. The hotel lobby is great! We took family pictures on their sofa, tarpaulin, 3 Christmas tree and 2 or 3 living room setup sofa in different floors of the hotel. The staff are really accommodating. The Cafe when we had or dinner allowed us to reheat our left foods from Leslies Restaurant which I think 4-5 dishes including the bulalo. They also served our manggang hilaw in a presentable way. The room accommodation rates are great as well not too much costly. I’ll definitely come back here with my whole family again!!! (“,)
The place, food and polite staff
Some of the staff in the cafeteria are murmuring and somewhat looking at us while we were having dinner.
The location and ambience. The hotel is not crowded so it's very relaxing to just walk around. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, especially the lifeguard. They were very good with little children.
The wifi connection sucks! It works pretty well late at night but when morning comes, you'll be lucky to get in and use it.
The hotel is in the middle of no where. There was water leaking from the toilet.
Location was ok. Serene and relaxing..
WiFi was bad.
Staff were accomodating..food was great. Nice, spacious and comfortable room. Clean toilet.
The internet connection was not that good,as to considered typhoon had just passed by.
Room and Playground. Breakfast was good but not great.
Food, cozy place, accomodating staff
I like the ambiance. The swimming pool is small but I love the place . The place is near the beautiful places in tagaytay. The breakfast food was superb! Tha staff were friendly. I hope you can have a bowling alley..
Good hotel and good staff. Great value for money.
the facilities they have like the game room, i'm an addict to table tennis and only few hotels have that, it's one of the reasons why i chose it. I also enjoyed our buffet breakfast, a lot of choices to start with, the staff were accommodating and helpful.
none at all
The environment, quiet, rural setting,, spacious.
The reception lady, upon checking she billed me already. She told me that's the policy. When we checkout, my bill still included the room rate. Of all the hotels I had stayed, this is the only hotel I was charged upon checkin.
Booked a massage for 9am Masseur did not turn up Very disappointing
I loved the pool a lot and the super wide playground area. I'm at my 20's already but I really had fun at the playground area. I tried everything there. The staff are courteous and helpful, however, there are still some (in the resto) who were not attentive and spent so much time chatting around.
Internet connection was awful! I was there for business trip that's for me it's very important. That's just disappointing.
I liked the recreation facilities especially the play ground for young and old alike. My 5yo niece enjoyed interacting with the farm animals.
Poor wi-fi signal. Bathroom towels are old and the gray color is not pleasing to use. But we don't have a choice.
Manager tried to be helpful when we had a problem.
I don't think there is anything at all to recommend this hotel. The hotel is situated a long way from the lake. The rooms are very poor standard. The food in restaurant for dinner was terrible. Breakfasts are very mediocre. We felt very sorry for all the staff who have to work in this hotel.
Over-all impression and service was excellent. Daily breakfast was very good with decent options. Vegetables used in salads were freshly harvested from their farm. The hotel was not really impressive look-wise though very decent enough to feel comfortable. Location was also commendable as it was not far or near the crowded area.
Please do not offer free wi-fi if guests cannot connect, it will be just so dissapointing especially you have to insert some work to do. I'd rather pay a minimal fee but will be assured that wi-fi connection is good. I hope that they provide a microwave on each unit as it was so cumbersome to send packs of food to be heated downstairs. Pool towels were in the bathrooms vs regular towels. No towels by the swimming pool. Tried to rent the videoke but will be charged with a whooping P3500 for 3 hours. Come on! Videoke is like staple food for Filipinos. So instead of staying at the hotel and order some of their meals, we ended up going to the mall to sing our hearts away and eat the restaurants. Walls were so thin that you can hear everything next door. Lastly, I waited 45 minutes for them to clear the room before I can check out.
First off, we chose the hotel because of the location. It was far from the maddening crowd and traffic, and it really gives you a sense of exclusivity, relaxation, serenity, even if it's full of people. We liked the room we got because it was big enough for us, so we were comfortable, although we didn't get a nice view, but it's not a big factor really. The breakfast buffet were an improvement because there were plenty of choices and tastes even better. And last but not the least, hands down to the staff who were courteous, patient, showed enthusiasm, eagerness and always up and about with their duties, knowing that it was the peak season, they must be feeling stressed and tired too. We were pampered...service with a smile.
Since our room was bigger, I think you need to install more lamps or pin lights to make it a little brighter esp at night, during this time of the year. And the bidet wasn't working properly so we ended up not using it at all. And finally, would it be possible for management to provide foot towels (the ones you place on the bathroom floor), so we use the towels instead. Thank you.
Staff was nice
Room was beat up, rotten door in bathroom, mold, very far from town. Basically terrible for price, more like a 2 start than a 4 star. Ratings must be bogus for this place as it was certainly not up to par. We ended bailing and leaving it was so bad. Staff was great but clearly management has put nothing into property for many years..
facilities in the game room was great for kids to enjoy. the outdoor was a wonderful site as well. rooms are clean and cozy.
location was quite far from the highway.
