“ Very very nice, clean, excellent location and very friendly bar where locals meet travellers. The food is absolutely outstanding, for a very fair price (compared to what you can pay on other places on the island that are the same quality). ”

The location was away from white sand beach on the other side of the island, so it was quiet and relaxing. The staff was nice and the food was good. The room was not clean, there were ants in the room and the sink was very dirty. The bed was hard, in se Asia that is usually the case but this bed was thin and hard on a wooden frame with no give and no box spring. There was also a sign in the room stating the staff would only change the sheets and towels every 3 days. To be on the beach and shower 2 or 3 times a day with sand everywhere and only get a fresh towel every 3 days doesn't seem like good service in the least.

Good price/quality. Good views from the hotel. Opposite side of white beach, where the leisure is but near by walking.

Overall and compared to the other places and their prices, Levantin is a nice place and I would definitely stay again. Levantin is on the east coast of Boracay -- right on the beach. It's very different from the west side (see opposite for more). The east side is windy (nice on hot days), tranquil, and has a very beautiful beach. The east side has lots of kite-surfers because the wind is constant. Levantin has a private beach front area that offers great views of the bay. It's a great place to sit in the lounge chairs under the palm trees with a book or a drink in your hand and soak up the beauty of the bay or watch the kite-surfers. This beach is perfect for nighttime strolls. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are very big with nice decorations and a flat screen tv. The hotel serves food all day at pretty reasonable prices. They have banquets every Thursday. They have a full bar and they play music that gives the place a nice vibe all day and night. If you are looking to party, then you want to be on the other (west) side of the island. The live music, restaurants, boat rentals/trips, and dive shops are all over there. The beach is better there too. The famous pictures you've seen of Boracay's beach were taken on the west side. Keep in mind it's only a 10 minute walk to get there from Levantin. And be prepared to pay more to stay there. To get to Levantin, you have to go to the beach, then hike your luggage over sand for about 70 meters. No big deal unless you packed too much. The same is true of most west side hotels, except hotels there are hard to find because most are down tiny alleys. Breakfast is not included, but you can buy it. I stayed in two different rooms. The first had a weak A/C unit, but it was cool enough to sleep well. The second room had strong A/C. There's no refrigerator. There was construction going on. It was annoying to hear hammering at 7:30am. But again -- all things considered, I would definitely stay at Levantin again.

Good hotel for kite surfers. Great location on the beach and close enough to the nightlife to walk. Friendly staff and a quiet but friendly local type bar. Quite basic but on a budget it was a good place to stay

Levantin is located right on the beach and is a very relax place to stay with restaurant and beach seats where you can sit and watching the sea whilke enjoying sunshine below the coconut trees. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is quite yet very convenient. You can walk to D'Mall within 10-15 minutes, where you can shop and dine. There are knit boarding, horse riding on the Bulabog Beach. Even you do not participant these sports, you can watch and enjoy the fun around you! The room is clean and tidy. Unlike staying on White Beach, here you can free from loads of visitors and music from cafes and resturants. Wifi is a bit weak.

Near to the beach, but beach is only for kitesurfers (at least in feb and march). Personal and owners are very friendly. Food is really good there! And of course Full moon party @ full moon, this was awesome! :) Too expensive. Neatness was bad, lot of ant's everywhere in the room. Room was big with own kitchenette, but no refrigerator, no chair, no table. No road to there.. Access only through beach and water rises at night.

The beach side location was lovely, particularly at night when the tide was really in. The manager was very approachable and made a real effort to deal with problems as they came up. The value for money factor was great especially compared with the other options in area. Unfortunately Boracay has a number of strays and Levantin had one particular problem cat. I don't blame the hotel for this but it was a pain at night. We also had a number of faults occur during our stay although on whole these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the staff.

What I like about Levantin Boracay is the spaceous room. Their standard room can accomodate a family of 5! Their breakfast was great, and their water system is okay. However, their location is out of the "mainstream". Located at the back of the island, there is not much people around and so no restaurants, grill, or shops to buy at. The location.
