Mango Park Hotel  

The staff were outstanding, so friendly and helpful.

Accidently booked for 3 days but only wanted to stay for 2 days. Could not get a refund for the 3rd day even with 24 hours notice.

Much improved room conditions from previous stays. Same friendly staff greet visitor as your taxi drives up to hotel. Good value for cost of stay.

Area seems to be more unsafe than in previous stays.

Location (heart of Cebu) is probably the only advantage of the hotel.

Although for just one night, we got a room directly behind the scaffolding and the construction works started very early. And there were plenty of other rooms available. Standard of the rooms very basic. Doors definately not soundproof and the housekeeping staff just loves their ringtones and to chat outside your room. The lift didn't work. Will not stay there again.

Close to shopping malls and other points of interest in the city, easily accessible by taxi or jeepneys. Staff are mostly accomodating. The room we stayed is good enough for a 2 -3 days stay, always cleaned.

fridge missing, old furniture, wifi connection interrupted and slow, reception staff unfriendly and incompetent - better don't ask them about car rental companies or ice cubes if your fridge is missing, ants in our room, bed configuration wasn't as expected. Why is there a drop down list to select the bed when you don't get it like preferred ? Check-Out: You need to wait until the slow staff members checked your room, don't think it's just a return of the key.

The room was not clean was infested with ants. We were being charged as much for a standard room as the cost for a deluxe room.

There really was not anything that we did like.

Cockroaches in the buffet area and on the serving tables.

I was happy because of 1. swimming pool 2. very kind staff( they gave us special meal box for our night flight instead of breakfast when my family check out for going back Korea ) 3. near down town and mall , restaurant 4.. very near good Thai massage shop

i was not happy 1. no refrigerator in standard room 2. not many cable channel 3. not stable wifi signal in room

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mango Park Hotel. The staff is fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, spacy and clean. So many tv channels, great to follow the nba playoffs, Roland Garros and the football game. Breakfast is fine. Very good location, close to nightlife area. Thank you so much!

The food is always beautiful here.the breakfast has plenty of variety.the pool is great for families.easy access to a taxi and shops and eateries close by

I usually stay here the past 2 years,but this time wasnt happy,the bed had bed bugs in sheets and there was also a blood stain on the bed sheets,obiously not washed or soaked properly

проживали в течение 5 дней в отеле с в марте-апреле 2013 г. понравился номер - уютный, чистенький. убирали каждый день. до торгового центра Ayala добирались пешком в течение 10 минут, до sm минут 15-20. рядом недорогой чудесный ресторанчик lighthouse. бассейн находится на шестом этаже, откуда открывается вид на город.

Очень старые номера, плохая вода в кране, в которой не комфортно мыться и умываться, на фото всё выглядит гораздо лучше, чем на самом деле

белье ужасного серого цвета с дырками. в номере не предусмотрены ни мыло ни шампунь:-(
