Nothing The shower and the lamps didn't work - the staff couldn't fix it. The staff were sneaky and roud. The were no towels. The pictures on booking.com wasn't any reel to reality at all. In serveral rooms the were holes in the walls next to the aircondition and the cleaning was poor

The hotel is old, dirty and poorly ventilated. The furnitures are old and not maintained well. All toilet taps are not working. And also noisy!! The pictures that they have posted in the booking.com and the real conditions are totally different!!!!

Very friendly staff. Close to Robinsons Mall and Restaurants. Old furniture and sheets. Complimentary breakfast was ordinary. The rooms are not sound proof. You would be hearing the bands playing nearby at night.

Merita il 2 stelle. Ho soggiornato in altri 2 hotel vicini per lo stesso prezzo. Ma questo era molto vecchio e con strutture molto vecchie. non merita per il prezzo pagato. dovrebbe costare la metà

The room reservation says that each guest room provided with mini bar as well as refrigerator, free wifi but our room does not have any of this. The room was to old and dirty even the flushed is not properly working. The toilet bowl still with poops when we get there. The bed is too small and the bedding's are like rags. Beneath the linens there's died crock coach on it. What the hell is that? My worst experience staying at 3-star hotel. Lesson learn don't rely on images and always read reviews!
