What can you say, it's a Marriott Hotel!

With only staying for one night the service was excellent. Very convienient for the airport.

we were a couple but given 2separate double beds...convinced to avail of the executive lounge but the foods there are not good esp the instant coffee....

The best place in Manila to sleep the night before flying out.

TV chanels are limeted and not including Arabic sports chanels like : saudi sports 1, aljaserah sport chanel..

The location is very good,, 15 min away from the airport 10 min away from Rizal park and mall of asia.. However its far from the downtown area and manila traffic is very bad! The room was clean.the bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean as wel. The mall connected to the hotel is amazing and huge with milion restaurants and a big casino.. Breakfast is amazing..

The room needed air and the windows dont open!

The staff friendliness and gorgeous modern facilities (especially the spa and sauna facilities) were really a surprise to me. If you need a luxury stay for a night or two near the international wing of the Manila Airport, stay here!

Liked everything

Great. We liked everything: the entrance, the reception,. the way we were received, very pleasant and helpful staff all around. We had an executive room with use of the executive lounge where we had complimentary breakfast, snacks, teatime, hors d'ouvres, cocktails, 4 kinds of whisky and whiskey, I printed my boarduing cards in the business section of the lounge - it really couldn't get any better. We could also check out in the lounge thus avoiding the hassle of possibly standing in line downstairs. We already have the "Marriott-Monkey on our backs and will definitely go back again!

No bidet which I think should have been installed in a hotel of that class and that price! That's why I give for comfort only "good" rather than "excellent"!

The nearby mall and room are big and clean.

I booked a one bedroom suite, was confirmed 3x, but when i got to the hotel i was given a regular room with access to the executive lounge. Bummer!

Nothing really

We were made to wait up to half an hour for our room.. The staff friendly but not really helpful.. I booked a smoking room I thought it would if had a balcony, we couldn't even open our window to let fresh air in. And room service was expensive.

I like the accessability and the luxurious room. Services are great!

The cost was too high, everything is extra. I paid for the extra business package but this was poor value for money.

1.It is not convenient, that swimming pool and sauna are working till 9 p.m. At least has to be till 11 p.m. 2. Before leaving at the evening I asked on the reception how much money I should pay (in order to change money). I get answer - 30 500, 00 peso. But in the morning the same person gave me the booking.com account and told me that I have to pay 33 800,00 peso. I guess that to book the hotel directly from the hotel is cheaper than to book via booking.com. But I did not get answer from this person and even he told me that he did not speak with me. It is really strange.

Excellent service, friendly, very nice hotel. The best in Manila for the price.

I ate at the restaurant after I got checked in. Think they had the international buffet. When I was finished with dinner I asked for a refill of Ice Tea to take with me. I was denied this saying I would have to purchase a glass. As a Marriot member for over 20 years, paying over $200 per nite and over $40 for the dinner buffet I would think they could give a customer an ice Team!!!! This was so embarrassing and un called for that its something I neve experienced at any hotel before.

It was a nice hotel if you were with friends, family or with your significant other. There were lots of amenities for the room and it was a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly (but biased towards selling their own products and services). I was able to get a haircut in the mall and to my surprise it was well worth the value. Lots of food choices because there are a couple hotels and casinos connected.

I was a solo traveler so it was just ok. The casinos were nice to play at if you want to gamble. The club they have for dancing was fun also but there is only one spot in that area. You have to wonder out to Makati or the Fort if you want to meet other people. It is expensive for Manila

We were doing a stopover in Manila on the way to Cebu the following day. Hotel is very close to the Terminals. Hotel and rooms are luxurious, lots of security makes it very safe, ideal for the Resorts World and Casino and shops. A perfect place for a stopover or City visit...highly recommend

Nothing, it was fantastic

Not too Much!

We could not recomend this marriott to anyone!! The management and staff needs to be replaced or retrained to learn the art of catering to hotel guests!! They need to work in a real Hotel!! The shuttle bus has very limited pick up and drop off places making guests walk long distances to catch it or their flight. Better transportation is offered but at very un-reasonable prices!!!! We think that a lunch buffet priced at $50.00 Pr. Person is very very un reasonable!! In the States, we can go have a teriffic restauraunt experience for way less (how do you say "take advantage" of guests!!) The room was tidy and clean but at $140.00 a nite very much no kind of bargain what so ever!! We will never stay there again and recomment that our fellow travelers going to Philippines not stay there eithor!!!
