Monaco Suites de Boracay    

Everything! The employes just take care of you during all your stay. The breakfast is great, the location splendide and the pool is wonderfull. One of the best hotel on the island due to its location and the view from the balcony. Free shuttle all day long to go to White beach.

for this resort all staff were very nice so polite and so cooaprative this resort have many things to provide to there guests its very nice

its in station 3 which is far from white beach so if u can not catch the bus u will stay in resort for that its boring because its really far

We like so much our stay in Monaco Suits. All we experienced there was great. We really had fun staying there. It was so gorgeous place. The place is worthy of recommending to friends or to anyone. We love that place and our experienced was really satisfying. For us, it's excellent staying there.

So we haven't seen anything that we don't like in staying in Monaco Suits. We only don't like there was the use of internet connection. I hope that will be solve and made excellent. As we rate the place of Monaco Suits as excellent. We really enjoying there.

Kitchen is closed after 11pm and if you want to have some meal you need to get to White beach

The staff was so so friendly

There was a lot of insects in the room at night even on the bed, and when i complained they give me Anti-insect spray !!!

Big rooms, there is enough place Quite place, for Boracay it's a big plus

Small territory (compared with the hotel description), no private beach

Having worked in many 4 and 5 star hotels in Melbourne, Australia, the thing which stood out most for me was the well trained and friendly staff at Monaco Suites. All staff members seemed to know what I wanted before I did, and each service was offered with a broad smile. Every process at the resort seemed to run like a well oiled machine and I would definitely recommend it to others...

The two bedroom suite was very roomy with a rooftop as well as a spacious balcony. We had booked twin beds in the second bedroom but when we got there a double bed was there. The staff came and changed within the hour. The pool was lovely, the shuttle was pretty convenient. It was a nice touch to have the beds down at the White beach as well.

The service can be slow but I think this is just how service is in the Phillipines, add 10 minutes on any estimation!

The dolphin like infinity pool and the spacious room, the breakfast buffet which my kids like and thanks for ms. Reah who acted in return to accommodate my complain on the room additional charges.

My fiance and I decided that we needed a break from the hustle and bustle, just like you probably do. We had heard from some close friends about Monaco Suites on Boracay Island. They were so overwhelmingly passionate about their experience that we were almost skeptical that any place could be that good - we soon realized just how right they were. The first impression of Monaco was its breathtaking setting. It soars over a blue watered coastline that's straight out of a romantic fantasy with exotic outcroppings of rugged stone arching around a white sandy shore, and islands gently laid into the background like an oil painting. It almost didn't look real. Our second impression was that of the professional courtesy. Every single member of the staff, from the bellhop to the concierge, was warm and intelligently available, always seeming to know the appropriate balance between being present without making us feel crowded, not an easy thing to accomplish with any staff. The third impression was the room itself, and the grounds leading to it. It's obvious that the overall design was carefully nurtured inside and out with meandering stairs through lush garden landscapes (flowers everywhere), not to mention a gorgeous dolphin shaped pool overlooking the ocean. By the time we arrived at the room I was slightly prepared for some disappointment, as many resorts show you a great reception area and grounds, but the rooms can often fail by comparison. Not at Monaco. Every delicious detail was apparent. If my fiance would allow me to design a private beach house it would be modeled after our room. The sweeping and private view from our deck made us feel like the most special people in the world. During dinner James (can't remember his last name), the co-owner, took the time to have us join him for a delightful glass of wine and conversation.

From the moment we arrived until we departed, we were treated like royalty. The facilities are newer and wonderfully situated overlooking the bay. There is a shuttle service to and from the beach & shopping that is extremely prompt and was never late by one minute the entire time we were there. The staff is second to none. I found them more friendly, informative and genuinely caring that the staff at the Shangri- La!! The food is great and room service is quick. The bar overlooking the bay has a fun staff that make good drinks and have plenty of information about the local area.

If I had any criticisms at all, it would be the mattresses. They are somewhat thin and not very comfortable. Those with bad backs might not like them well. I would rate the mattresses as "just okay".

السعر نوعا ما غالي وهو يستاهل.وسعر البرامج منهم غالي الافضل لاتاخد من عندهم برامج روح بنفسك واخدها . مثلا جوله في البحر والعاب البحر .. وكدا. او سعر الرجوع للمطار وهكدا عند الفندق دبل اضعاف.

山顶景色一级棒。特别是无边泳池上的风景。套房整体布局很不错。入住的欧洲客人较多。服务一级棒。早餐较丰- 盛，酒店的Spa也令人满意。出入都有巴士。- 机场有付费接送，接送有酒店专门的巴士和快艇及机场vip通道，感觉比较好。

设施不够最好。浮潜设备只能在酒店租用。私人沙滩距离酒店较远。好在酒店出入都有巴士。

环境非常安静，所有员工都带着发自内的微笑提供热情温暖的服务，每个房间都有面向大海的超大阳台，全酒店最- 佳景色的地方是餐厅和做SPA的地方。推荐一定要去酒店在Station 3的沙滩。

酒店是依山而建，所以对于有老人同行的家庭不太合适。

酒店员工很友好，可以预定接送机场，有酒店自己的快艇。泳池很漂亮，房间的阳台很大，视野很好。

早餐比较简单，装修也不算华丽，长滩岛的酒店性价比都不高，这个价格在国内可以住很好的5星级酒店了。没有- welcome drink，比较意外。风很大，在岛上的迎风面，吹得人无法在阳台待。

环境,海滩好,可以浮潜,有海星,海胆.早餐非常好吃.

因为是在山上,酒店里上下都很费劲.老人不太合适.

房间干净，酒店员工热情有礼

酒店内一次性牙刷质量太差，没法用！抽水马桶下水很小很慢，难冲！房间纸盒抽纸巾用完了打扫房间时也没给补- 上！私人沙滩要坐车去的，很不方便；酒店海景时不错，可是冬天去，正好处在风口，做外面阳台头也要被吹痛了- 。去dmall的班车一小时一班，有点不方便。感觉跟这个1600一晚的价格不符。

酒店离码头不远,在半山腰,环境非常好,餐厅食物也不错.去DMALL的SHUTTLE BUS也很方便,值得推荐.

酒店在S3有自己的私人沙滩,只是S3已经被绿藻占据了.

地点绝佳，真正的海景套房，房间也很大，至少70平以上，阳台就有15平以上，可以在另外一个小房间加床，- 面对的那片海很浅，非常适合各种水上运动，冲浪和风筝冲浪的人很多。酒店到DMALL的车1小时一班很方便- ，在s2-s3之间有自己的酒吧，客人可以到那里享受海滩。总体酒店环境非常好，而且僻静，海豚泳池有特色。

早餐略简单。
