Location was pretty good in the end!

No working public shower.

Accessible to the city...nice for morning jogging..near teachers camp...

comfort rooms not conveniently located...service a bit slow...

The staff was warm and friendly. The ambiance of the place was nice. Its like your personal vacation house in Baguio. Ths price of food in thier restaurant was fair and very affordable. Good value for money. Not a Hotel so dont expect Hotel ammenities.

There were mosquitoes all over the place. Hot water for shower was not available for 24h so you need to plan your bathroom activities from 6am to 9am / 6pm to 9pm. It was indicated that hot water is available until 10pm but when I took a bath at 9:15pm, the water was as cold as ice water.

Close proximity to major tourist spots

No hot water in the shower and when matter was brought to the attention of the staff at reception, they insist that there is. Had to shower in cold water for two days. I left my charger in the room during check out and when I asked a friend to check with the facility after 3 days, they say that there is none. It's either the staff took it or the next occupants whereby staff failed to notice and check during check out cleaning. No social skills from staff especially the guard on duty at night. Very expensive for a very tiny room. No discount given even after I raised that there was no hot water in the shower. The water in the faucet lavatory is toooo little. Not recommended at all.

it was the homey-friendly atmosphere i liked most.. near city proper and yet maintain the sent of the pines and the cold weather and trees of Baguio city.

The stuff is very friendly. The ambient here makes you feel like in your own home. Location is good; quiet place, but still close to center of city and touristic attractions: Botanical Garden, Wright Park.

Most of the time Wi-Fi is so slow, and not available in all rooms.

The place itself, located between the city proper and the tourist spots of Baguio. The staff were very courteous and accommodating.

It does not serve snacks and dinner, so you still have to eat first your dinner outside then come back again to Mountain Lodge for a late sleep.

Excellent Location, not too far from centre but still in a more quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and helpfull staf.

Mountain Lodge & Restaurant provided excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjojable. Staff were friendly and very accomodating to our requests. The location of lodge was also just near to the city center where most of the commercial malls and shops can be found.

Mountain Lodge has been my favorite because its a feeling of home..everybody is friendly and accomodating. This is not my first stay in Mountain Lodge and I would always recommend it to my friends. Its comfortable and clean, especially the comfort room. We had a good bonding time at the lounge. We left some stuff and crew were honest to surrender it to the counter. I will go back if i will have the chance again...

Though it is generally good, i just didn't like the smell in my first few hours there...they should provide room freshner.

It's a bit old house but for a price of p 2560. for 2 nights and 3 pax, well it's kinda good deal. The staff are ok, especially the trainees. The rooms are clean and also the cr. The location is just infront of Teacher's Camp. Very accessible to all tourist spot. From there you can just take a jeepney to Botanical Garden, Minesview, Wright Park, Good Shepherd Convent, thats right side of the Mountain Lodge (if you are facing the Lodge), in left side you can easily get to Pink Sisters, Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral, Baguio Public Market. So near, no need to take a taxi, just ride in a jeepney and pay p8.50.

The cr are shared with other rooms, but I could understand that bec. Our room was an economy room. We only stay at night and take a bath in the morning so that's quite bearable. The only thing that I don't like is that, one day there was a brown-out from morning till 7pm and they have no generator. At around 6pm, I heared one staff said to the other, " we need to buy a candle". Gosh! They dont even have a candle??? What if the was an emergency and it happened middle of the night, and it's brown- out? They should always be prepared for any emergencies.

Masarap at mura ang pagkain. Gustong gusto ng pamilya ko ang kanilang fresh vegetable salad. Ang lugar ay malapit at accessible kahit saan ka magpunta sa loob ng siyudad. Maayos din ang parking space.

Ang room na tinirahan namin ay nasa basement at walang magandang circulation ang hangin dahil kulong na kulong at walang bintana. Malinis ang banyo ngunit walang sabitan ng mga damit at tuwalya pag gumamit ka ng banyo.

Internet connection very week in room 7, no free breakfast unlike other hotels

All the staff were accommodating and considerate... We were early and allowed us to check in. They assisted us in a heritage tour which was very pleasant since we haven't seen this side of Baguio. Because of this, we were a little bit late in checking-out.... They did not charged us for this. We are considering bringing our children here to experience also having a fireplace... That's really cool :D

I think they just forgot to give us toiletries... It's good we brought one for us....
