New Horizon Hotel  

The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, warm, but without excessive or insincere politeness, I was truly made to feel at home Across the reception it has a cozy little restaurant where I could enjoy my favourite Belgian beer and very tasty dishes at reasonable prices, there again the staff was always alert and professional but unobtrusive The New Horizon is conveniently located next to a metro line

Didn't like the background music played in the corridors of the hotel It doesn't have a gym or swimming pool, a serious drawback The shower needs a bit more pressure, with better towels

The location is between Makati and Ortigas where malls are. The room is spacious, same with the toilet. Staff are friendly and always smiling. It gives me the assurance that they are happy to serve you. Though it's very near the highway, I didn't hear any noise.

The tub. The floor surface is not flat. It may be a hazard to those with poor balance.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room size was very good and cleanliness was satisfactory. Breakfast buffet was very good. Restaurant choices for dinner very good. The hotel is very good but the location is bad.

Not in a very good area. Did not feel safe outside at night. Would not stay again for that reason.

though the room doesn't smell cigarette our clothes we used to sleep smells cigarette after we slept on the bed. I think you should check it out. our room is non smoking room

Quiet ambience

According to the reply that they do not have the service of providing a electric boiler, so i brough along a electric boiler myself. However, a electric boiler was already provided at the Junior Suite upon my arrival. Very funny!

The quality of the buffet breakfast was quite good.

취침시간에 복도에서 노래를 틀어주는 데 수면시 불편했음... 도로와 가까이에 있어서 경적소리, 닭 우는 소리, 복도에서 노래소리 수면시 방해가 되었음 그 외에는 만족함
