Almost close to the airport Overpriced, shabby, no internet or wifi in the room, no drinking water. Had to go down to the restaurant and buy water and the caps were not sealed so suspect they refill. Not a place I would ever stay again.

The bell boy who bought our luggage up. he was very helpful; rang down stairs to report the faulty TV. However no one turned up to fix it. The view from the upstairs bar deck, great. The indifferent staff on the front desk.

Great location for a quick stopover in Manila. Close to the airport. Comfortable room, nice food.nice friendly staff. Close to the airport so not good for visiting Manila itself. The road it's in is not very nice.

The hotel in a good location, very close to the airport. The room is clean, full of friendly staff, and the Airport pick-up service is very convenient. There is no free wifi in the room, olny can be used in lobby

This place is howefull, the room is really expensive for what it is. Even not a bottle of water for more than 40 Euros, it is really a place you need to avoid.

The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The Air-con worked well and the shower was large. The staff in the morning was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was greeted at the Airport upon my arrival by the driver and returned the next day to the airport for only P-600. Very professional service.

Staff, except for the weird chinese guy who doesnt know how to walk and stares at everyone nice breakfast nice beddings Dark surroundings and faraway from convenience stores airconditioning wasnt cold, was still sweating cabinets could use some new paint

Thankfully only stayed for one night which was more than enough! Found it very unclean and overpriced. Would not recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. They picked me up from, and took me to the airport (at an additional 300 pesos each way). As I was only staying overnight in Manila, I wanted a place close to the airport and this place was fine. This probably happens at other hotels in the Philippines but the price shown does not include a 12% vat and 10% service charge. Just keep that in mind as I got a bit of surprise when I was shown the bill at the hotel.

Room is clean, big and has comfortable beds. Mini bar, tv, hot shower, shampoo-bath gel- tooth paste in it. everithing was great! Staff is very friendly. everything was great!

We stayed there on our stop over to and from Cebu. It was close to the airport and served our purpose well. There was a nice little resturant in the hotel. We got there too late to go to the roof bar on our way in and it was Sunday on our way out.

Located very close to the airport (about15 minutes by taxi). Spacious room with big comfortable bed. Although the location is good for the airport, it's not a very nice area, we wouldn't have wanted to leave the hotel.

Does what it says on the tin, I just overnighted there on the way to Boracay and if I need to do similar, would definitely do so again.. Nothing special, no bells and whistles but clean, close and comfortable. I stayed at the other airport hotel previously and would easily choose Nichols over that one. My flight landed an hour late and the driver was still there waiting for me as if nothing had happened. Not much to say here, i was there for a grand total of 8 hours and nothing really negative worthy of being here.

The attitude of some of the staff is not customer focussed it used to nbe a friendly hotel not any more. WiFi is only available in the lobby. The Hotel is dated there are many other hotels in Manila same price offering better value and sevices

Location to airport The attitude of some of the staff has really cahnged, i have satayed at this hotel numerous times over the years regularly as a stopover, its lost its personal touch and they just want to see how much money they can get out of you
