Put us on third floor and the room was farthest to the back of the hotel.. No WiFi reception in the room had to go out walk farther down in the hot hall way to use laptops. Also, there was a big support beam in middle of our room. Also had reservation and room wasnt ready. Expect to pay a 2,000 php deposit for your room.

Friendly staff, good value for overnight stay not far from airport.

I liked the location most.

I did not like the fake advertising of prices. The room I stayed in was listed at $34 a night which should have been $544 for the 16 nights I stayed there, yet my card was billed for $730 when I checked in. That is very deceitful and dishonest. You should list the room for what you are charging people ($45.60) per night. The air conditioner did not cool the room, the bathroom sink leaked extremely bad and the bed was hard as a rock. The food was extremely over-priced ( a sandwich for 1 person) delivered to the room was $15. a cup of coffee was $4.50 and when I realized I needed the room until 7pm on check-out day (an additional 7 hours) My card was charged $45. Please learn how to be honest and up front about your many hidden charges.

Very friendly staff on arrival and catering staff also.

Orders not being delivered, I.E. requested water to the room 2 times and still no delivery. Air con not being in operation or functioning correctly. Room being miss for tidy uo 2 days.

Reception took a 2000php deposit on checkin but never gave back this amount or credited off the final bill.

Convenient location. Amazing swimming pool. Nice and cozy lobby setting. Create great atmosphere with light music. Food is fantastic. Not cheap though. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room is small, neat and simple. a bit noisy and the furniture makes funny creaky sound. The surrounding is a bit ancient and polluted.

Good location. Ten minutes walk from Manila Bay. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good.

room was below substandard, extremely low value for money, heard rats in ceiling at night. TV mounted on sidewall made watching tv difficult, bed uncomfortable

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restaurant 'My Kitchen' serves real Italian food and is first class. The pool has just been fully refurbished so have the rooms. The location is ideal for my needs.

I have no complaints.

may be the location when we arrived late. but then we find it so easy to use transportation taxi or lrt.

The Food! The restaurant and staff were excellent! Very unusual to have such a great facility inside such a crappy hotel!?

The room, the hotel staff and the overall ambiance of the place. I arrived from the airport having lost my luggage and they only offered to sell me some items to get me through. They had lost my reservation and put me in a room where the internet could not be used and was not what I reserved. I was told because it was all they had left and was not given my room for the subsequent 3 days but yet still charged the same price. No remote for tv, no hangers in armoire, and taxis would not go near the hotel when raining as area was first to flood in Manila. Cancelled reservation for stay a few weeks later as found better, more expensive place, but trustworthy.

The hotel is quiet and the staff are very kind and curtious. Food is good. Location close to the day/night life as bars are 24/7. The hotel cleaners do a terrific job.

The staff was more helpful and friendly then the last time we were there. We had problems with the restaurant last time the food wasn't very good. However, we did not use it this trip. They also have a good selection of current and older DVD's that can be borrowed for free. But not a lot of dvd players which is first come first served.

We didn't like the restaurant last time we were here, so we didn't try it this time, but it may have improved. Since our room had no amenities it seemed that a p2000 deposit was a little steep. We didn't use the DVD's, had no kids or pets. Seemed they could have cut that back some.

Attendants provides wrong information.

I chose this hotel as it was a top pick on the Lonely Planet Travel Guide. The staff in the hotel were friendly and very helpful. I was given a free room upgrade upon my arrival and stored one my larger bag for two weeks when I was travelling around the smaller islands. Comes very highly recommended

Although there were tables and chairs a few sunbeds around the pool would have been good

Forget all negative on this hotel! We stayed in 4 hotels in Manila for the last months (Bayleaf Intramuros, White Knight Intramuros, Rothman Malate and here). Oasis Park was the cheapest and the best. Great location, very central but quiet area, clean swimming pool. New management!! Extremely friendly staff, very helpful. Cheap rooms are dark, refurbished rooms are excellent. Wifi, late check out, luggage storage... But the main reason to stay here is the excellent restaurant, my kitchen, with chef chris. Living in Philippines (3rd baby born 2 days ago), but Italian kitchen, maybe the best in Manila!!!! If you can't stay in the hotel,do eat here!

The staff is ok. In some way. But needs more training. And near the lrt station, so I could go around Manila easily. And taxi's are just outside the hotel.

The bathroom tub is very dirty. It needs repair. And I can't call it a hotel at all. I've been in more less expensive hotel, or even some cheap hotel is better.

The room, although spacious was clean and presentable.

The location and outside decor were not very attractive, due to the age of the building no lifts were available and the staircase very steep. The pricing was a little high for the rating of the hotel. Going to the airport took one hour, the traffic is horrendous

The refurbished rooms are good. The pool and bar is nice.

I have seen two rooms which have not gotten a "makeover" and these rooms were quite bad. It seems a little strange that a not refurbished superior room (which was bigger, but in very bad shape) is more expensive than a refurbished de luxe room (which was smaller but cleaner, it had a better air-conditioner and furniture). recommendation only if it is possible to get a refurbished room!!!

The room size was good & the breakfast was great!

The location was not great as far as access to stores for shopping. My room was very noisy. It was right on a busy corner and heard honking & driving sounds.
