Almost everything.

There was not enough hot water to shower comfortably. The restaurant many times didn't have items on the menu that we ordered, so we quit eating there.

They upgraded my room to a 2 bedroom suite :-). The hotel was very near restos and malls. The room was spacious and the bed was big. I liked the bathtub cum shower area.

The breakfast buffet did not offer fresh juices.

The hotel is closer to everything. This was my home away from home and so I thought.

Funny that the room was for two persons and breakfast was supposed to be included but the hotel staff gave me one breakfast coupon only with an explanation that breakfast is only good for one person and I have to pay for the second person in the room. Staff at the reception are CAREless..They don't even say hello, good morning, goodbye or even greeted anyone a Merry Christmas. They are like robots doing a job with no heart. It used to be my home away from home. The staff before were better...the staff now should all be given orientation on how to make customers come back.

The bedds were nice

No taxi service, only hotel shutel. you have to pay for internet 100ph per day. We were charged for 7-up and they only hade sprite in the fridge, we didnt use any drinks for the room.

The service apartment layout was perfect for our group of 5 staying in one room. Rooms are separated and enjoyed the kitchen facility

Facility is not maintained well and Latin of the hotel is not within the city

The suite that was given to us was amazing plus we had complimentary valentines dinner and buffet breakfast. It's worth the money that we paid and my husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay.

The staff our not very welcoming especially in the front desk.

- receptionist not very friendly - ads said free wifi but upon checking in there is a charge of P400 per night - P1,000 is needed upon checking in that was not stated beforehand even if reimbursable what if I didn't have spare money that time? - bed is hard and there is even a cartoon type thing in the middle of the bed that prevents me from sleeping on that part, i had to be either situated on the right side or the left side - shower is clogged! water does not drain down the sink! - ads said it is a fully equipped kitchen but when i checked in, it only had plates, utensils and glass. i had to go through the trouble of phoning in what i need like EVERYTIME i need it.
