“ Very clean and quiet away from traffic and noise. Very happy with the place except for the fact that there are no TV's in the rooms, but aside from that, the place was very, very good and I would definitely stay there again. ”

Pe're Aristo Guesthouse is located in Mandaue's San Jose Village, a 10-minute drive from shopping at Park Mall. Offering free parking nearby, it also has a restaurant and an outdoor terrace. Pe're Aristo is a 15-minute drive from Mactan International Airport, Cebu Port and SM Cebu. The guesthouse provides an airport shuttle at an extra charge. Simply furnished, rooms are equipped with either a fan or air conditioning. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities. Selected rooms come with private bathrooms. The charming and accomodative staff, The ambience, nicely designed kind of Spanish villa. Safe and reasonably quiet neighborhood. Great value for our lengthy stay, probably 2 months, for which they gave us a tidy discount. Trustworthy. Cold showers!

the staff who interten me there nice to us. and near also at Pacific mall. quiet not so manny guest and there room nothing decoration.

作為過渡酒店住了一晚，前臺小哥服務挺不錯的，一看TAXI到了就幫忙拉行李進門，到達酒店時是夜晚都沒有- 來得及好好欣賞下酒店。外觀看上去很漂亮，是小洋房的類型，很有別墅的feel。前臺兩個小哥人都不錯，其- 中一個第二天早上退房時得到和朋友的合影留念很開心，哈哈，朋友是個大美女。整體來說，設施條件一般，但地- 理位置離機場確實很近 10-15分鐘就到了。一分錢一分貨，作為一晚轉機的過渡酒店來說還是很值得的。 沒有熱水這點很另人苦惱，洗手間衛生一般般。不過總的來說，睡一晚還是可以接受的。

After paying for the room, the staff became really polite and helpful, they also apologized about the gate. I appreciate it, but I had to write this review so other people know that the rating you have does not reflect reality When I arrived at the guesthouse, I hit my head really really hard while entering through the metal gate. The height of it is like 1.8m, but its really dark there in the evening. In the beginning the staff was rather rude. I told the receptionist that I want to check in. After checking something, he told me that they dont have my room available, only another type, which is different and I did not book it. I was trying to tell him that I have a reservation, but the receptionist replied that my room is occupied. So I asked for a discount. The staff did not agree, so I decided to look for another place. Just before booking another hotel at booking.com, the receptionist comes to me and asks have I already booked another hotel, and I said give me 1min. and Im done. He then offered a discount on that other room they had available. I checked it, and it seemed ok for the price. I agreed to stay and paid for the room. But after taking a shower and returning to my room, I had to kill a huge cockroach in my room. While lizards in the room were not so gross, I dont like when something moves on my face while im sleeping, so I couldnt sleep very well. Also around the guesthouse there are some night clubs which were kinda loud during the night~ I really do not recommend staying at this place. Although its relatively cheap, I regret staying there.
