The introduction of a massage/spa facility which is the best i have ever used We stayed here two years ago, liked the hotel and that is the main reason why we went there again. Unfortunately the hotel has gone down hill over the past two years. The room was not clean, under the bed has not been cleaned for a long time, the place was almost deserted and there is no longer a 24 hour room service. Although we only saw one other family having breakfast the service was extremely slow and they still managed to get the order wrong!! We wanted to use the swimming pool before checking out, but it was so dirty, especially the childrens' pool, that we coud not use it. The area around the swimming pool was absolutely filthy. Next time in Lucena we will have to find a different place.

There were dirt on the towels they provided as soon as we checked in. We used booking.com with our credit card and they didn't inform us upon check in that we still have to pay in cash even though we booked online.
