i like their housekeeping and service in puso bistro was good.
check in time too late compared to other hotels. check out time versus check in was not justifiable.
It was perfect for my stop over before my early flight in the morning. After volunteering in Bogo for three weeks, it provided me with all the luxuries I missed & the staff were so welcoming! Plus for the price it was well worth it!!
Hotel is very well located in the heart of Cebu and is clean and comfortable
We needed to stay an additional night, however had to change rooms and pay for an upgrade as the room I had booked was full. I had no problem with paying for the upgrade but was shocked to then find we were then charged a large amount for the buffet breakfast which was complimentary with the other room!
The hotel has a good restaurant, room service was ok and the hotel rooms were good. The pool is ok though not as big as it looks on the web sight.
sadly my room was next to the lift lobby and so the constant ring of the lift bell was annoying when trying to sleep. But on the plus side it was convenient to not have a long treck down the corridor to reach the lifts. Only a few seats around the pool and i noticed people were trying to keep seats when they weren't using them by leaving towels or bags on seats when ot at the pool. That was iritating.
Location, cleanliness, size of room, luxury for the price.
No replenishment of breakfast after 930am, even just a little. Despite being on the 18th floor, road noise can easily be heard.
The location is great close to the shops and night life
Fast speed elevator, clean room, clean bathroom/toilet, near in world class shopping mall.
The Gym The TV The Location
The Internet The pool furniture Noise insulation
Staff, location and cost.
Wifi was very weak and outside noise insulation was poor.
Love the big room and king bed. Excellent location close to mall and the port. Friendly and helpful staff, it was great that they offered a free shuttle drop off and pick up to Ayala and sm mall.
You could hear the noise outside.
Quality clean rooms
Outrageous ripoff prices at hotel pool. According to staff many guests have complained. I had my bill for 3 beers reduced back to mini bar room prices. Refused outright to pay such gobsmacking prices. They relented. Filthy windows in room. Have never been cleaned externally.
The location is great, service and facility is excellent but I was not able to enjoy the courtesy tea because the water pot PowerPoint doesn't fit the outlet. It should be checked by housekeeping specially the gadgets are US made.
All is ok.
Bed was very comfy , all over wifi staff were very helpful
Pool was very cold due to its location pool did not get much sun
Everything in this hotel for me is excellent. I will stay again and again in the future on my next visit. I left my safety vault open with my money, ipad, jeweleries, passport, wallets, note3 and iphone but remain intact untouched. Good housekepping and trusted personnel. Honest employees is the god assets of this hotel. I will recommend Quest Hotel to everyone.
Everything about the place.
staff is very polite.
the internet is the only real drawback, but that is HUGE! they say they are working on it, but that's what they said last year.
the internet facility can be better!
It was close to most everything. I liked the gym, the pool. The staff was most helpful. Everyone treated you special and called me by my first name. They pay special attention to your security
All of the construction work going on. Made it hard to sleep in
Walking distance to Ayala mall and plenty of choices there to eat
The very poor wifi
everything is fine the staff, amenities, facilities. etc.
The only thing i didnt like is the poor wifi connection. I off my phone and try and try again to connect however until the day i check out i didnt manage to connect to your wifi. I hope the management can do about it. because its very important to the hotel guest.
The staff friendly and helpful
The very poor wifi reception I have never had a problem previous times but this time it's very poor
Staff are very friendly and courteous...hotel is so strategic for business, very near Ayala and restaurants nearby
The rate does not include the breakfast unlike other hotels
Location, clean.but restaurant needs to change menu. still repeating the same menufor 2 days continue. specially Fri,Sat.as they said German days.
changing rooms as they said for 're installed intent, but I noticed only me,not others. And once you enter the hotel, many security. but I noticed that no use.because people knocking doors over you from out.
I like the location of the hotel as its near to Ayala. The concierge staff were excellent and extremely helpful, they provided feedback when required.
Front office staff were nice however lack of customer service skills - they did not call back as promised, they did not provide accurate information.
close to everything
I did not like the front desk staff and the fact I had to pay to use the business section to check in online for my airline tickets and pay to print out my boarding passes it took less than 15 mins 2 printouts and cost 98 peso's its not the cost but just poor service. The restaurant looks nice but expensive and poor quality food went across the street to eat. This hotel tries to gouge ever last peso out of you never again ----
