the cleanliness of the room and the courtesy of staff
lack of attentiveness of some staff (news cafe), insufficient towel, no hand towel
I like the location, many restaurants nearby.
Everything about the hotel is great the staff is so courteous. The decor is nice. I loved everything about that place
Its slightly off center in terms of location
Very helpful staff
The staff in Ramada Central is really professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and have great facilities. Compared to other hotels in Manila, this is one of the best.
The breakfast was not that good. The area where the hotel is situated is a bit unsafe to walk, with many pickpockets. The area is extremely dirty and you can feel the heavy smell of trash while walking on the streets.
Very helpful and apologetic doorman
Terrible receptionist service. Rude and unhelpful even though I was a returning guest. Receptionist staff definitely definitely need retraining. Sorry Ramada I will never be staying with you again.
I love how friendly the staff and how convinient the location was, breakfast was excellent, they had basement parking also.
I didnt like how there was standing water in the shower all the time and it was finished with smooth tiles that is extremely slippery when wet, i asked for more rubber matts but the matts itself looked dirty or dingy.
Good location on a side street means quiet rooms, next to Binondo Church and just a walk from the amazing markets at Divisoria. Helpful staff and good breakfast, lots of chinese restuarants close by. Comfortable room.
Nothing we didn't like although 4 stars is a little generous
location is the best for my needs with free parking, friendly and accomodating staff
lack of swimming pool
The location was superb since our main goal for our stay was to experience a longer Chinese food exploration! I like the idea that they gave us a free map indicating possible shopping areas and suggesting restaurants & shops. There was a free shuttle going to Lucky Chinatown Mall and Mall of Asia (MOA). Their fried mantao dipped in condensed milk (in our first day breakfast) was super yummy! I like the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom! I also like the shower! The location of the hotel is perfect as we check out the restaurants that we want to try.
Their free shuttle service has very limited time schedule. The floor on the shower area is a bit slippery and not safe for kids and old guests. Their breakfast buffet has limited choices.
The hotel was nice and clean. The room was fantastic. It was nicely decorated and I loved the bathtub!
The location is not that great. The beds were horribly hard. The bartender at the lobby lounge didn't even know how to make a margarita or midori sour. He also had us waiting more than 15 minutes for our margaritas.
Had to ask 3 times for laundry service and were late to deliver Took too long to call taxis when I gave them plenty of time in advance
staff and upgrade room
breakfast not much qty!
Over all it's good but one thing I not like is check in time is 2 o'clock, I was arrived in afternoon at one but they give me room at 2, other thing as I stay in room 808 so if I take shower then all water come out I have rase complain also but nobody come to fix that
Rest of all other things are fair
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Cleanliness and comfort of room. Very quiet. Good value.
The hotel staff was excellent! Especially the door man and front office staff
Facilities, the management didnt check the maintanance issues because when we check in to the room ive found out that the door lock was broken! The bathtub drain, and also the bath tub faucet was broken! I hope that the ramada management should check the facilities to prevent guest complaint
We stayed 1 night to be able to get flight next day. The hotel is to far away from the airport. I think my mistake when booked on line. Couldn't find anywhere to eat around the hotel in walking distance and in the dark didn't feel safe.
I like the location and helpful staff. If you ask for a taxi from hotel, they take care of you with a taxi slip and necessary warnings to be not overcharged. You should be very careful with the taxis especially in the airport. It is wise and cheaper to get a taxi from the hotel staff
i could not get a confirmation from hotel to my quiry with airport pick up to hotel. This is my second stay at this hotel and some drunk noisy Korean were around and werent warned by hotel staff.
It's a Ramada feels like a Ramada Inn. Desk policy of 2,000p a day deposit for stay.
We traveled in Southeast Asia for 9 weeks. Manila was the last stop before we flew back to San Francisco. Ramada was a great choice for us. It is very comfortable and the service is excellent. Everyone is very nice. The door man always make you fell very welcome. They upgraded our room. We loved the free shuttle bus to the mall. Roman, the driver, is great. He is very warm and polite. He was like our tour guide and told us about the city on the way to our destination. We personally love the hotel location, too. It is in the heart of Chinatown. It is so convenience for us to have all different kinds of food. It is very safe to walk around and very colorful. We love the hotel. We'll stay there again if we come back to Manila. Thanks!
This is a bright, modern hotel comparable to a Holiday In Express in the USA.
The location on the edge of Manila's Chinatown is out of the way. Breakfast is oriented towards the predominantly Asian clientele.
Rooms, beds, bathrooms etc were excellent Breakfast was good, nothing to fancy but enough options
The facilities or lack of. Could do with a pool or a fitness centre.
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast (included) was okay with a different range of food. The room was nice, and there was A/C, minibar, a chair and the toilet/shower was fine. Roomservice was available. The hotel offered free mall shuttle. Within walking distance you'll find a mall inclusive a supermarket.
The distance from the airport - even though it was only about 12km away, the traffic made it an 1h drive by taxi. The area does not seem like a to walk by night.
the kindness and the good will of the staff the general confort of the hotel I liked the service
the cleaning service of the room needs supervising : the when and the how. the equipment precisely the towels , very low quality . no pool no sauna and the schedule of the services like bar and spa
