Prices in Boracay are high, so you have to take everything is relation to the price and the price other hotels charge. Overall Roy's Rendezvous was a good choice for what I got. Here's the breakdown: The room was large, had nice dark wood color. The room had a large balcony. The hotel is set away from the beach with nice trees to give it an attractive setting. The exterior of the hotel is very pretty too. It's in a good location near a good spot on the beach. It's just a two minute walk to the main beach walkway. They let me store my luggage.

Only one electrical outlet, none in the bathroom. No mirror in bathroom. The biggest problem was no A/C. I could sleep ok, but get to sleep early because you will be up with the sun. There is a chicken coop a few doors down so prepare to wake up to their cockeling. The owners of the hotel are very friendly, but they didn't have my reservation and they made me show them mine to know what to charge me. Strange. The location is near a very nice spot on the beach, but it's down an alley and hard to find. If you ask anyone for help finding it, they will pester you endlessly to buy whatever they are hawking. There is a demolition site next door. It's not a good sight if your room faces it (I think only one does) and there's occasional banging sounds coming from there. Bed was a foam mattress on a hard frame. Breakfast is included, but it's awful -- mango juice, bread, and a piece of rotten pineapple. There was a termite problem so there was a termite bait box set up in my bathroom. There is a guard dog on a chain near the entrance. The first time I entered I was met with fierce barking and snarling. Welcome to Roy's Rendezvous! Again, balance all these negatives with the price and alternatives on Boracay.

bed not enough padding, very thin mattress. mostly you can get better rates if you just walk in and look around. of couse not during high season which starts march 15th.

Very friendly staff, elderly couple who are doing their best to give you a very good feeling. The location is hard to find, but once there it's like a little paradise. The house was clean, very close to the beach and in the more quiet part of the island. Only 10 / 15 min walking to station 2. I can really reccomand this place to everyone!

the breakfast can be better: 2 slices of bread and a bit pineapple, every day again. Everything else was perfect!

Hard to find the place. The name can hardly be seen. Covered by other resorts name place in the pole located in the bay front area.

their blankets should be changed into better quality like fleece coz they are just giving the flat sheets as blankets. it's cold when the aircon is on.

When we arrived to hotel, it appeared that double booking was made and we did not have a room. It was 7 pm....So not nice news. Instead, they offered us neighbouring room, which has huge tarakan inside. So we refused. The other alternative was "much better room on the beach" with the price of 3800 php and due to that mistake they made, we had to pay 2000 php. Actually the room was not worth 3800 and it was room for 3 which we did not need. We had to take the other option since it was late and Boracay generally fully booked. We also had to pay additionally for breakfast. So their mistake caused us additional cost. Not pleasat "stay" at all...

After a 24 hour travel and check in - in afternoon we had to move to another room at 11 pm at night. Needles to say we left the next day. Never happened before. Much better options on island availible.

I stayed in one of bungalow,was great with hammock as well.There are all you need wardrobe ,bed,TV,Very good WiFi,bathroom,sitting area was nice.Owner are very friendly.Good laundry service.Only 2 minutes away from the beach.

Only minus is that water from the heater water wasn't so hot.

Best Choice if you like the real atmosphere of the places when you travel. Oweners are really nice...breakfast is very good.

if you looking for a super luxury resort this is not your place....

i loved how they let us stay for 3 nights w/party of 16. Thank you so much! Also they let us cook and let us borrow utensils and other things to get our cooking done!

We liked that it was very near the beach and near the massage/spa establishments. Also liked the nature look of the villas, making it look very homey.

That there is no door in the toilet just curtains.

I really had a good time in Roys Rendevouz, this is a place really recommended if you want to discover the last real Boracay ...far away from the big resort's crazyness . Relly recommended

The owners! They are just the real Pilipinas. Ms.Olivia is so warm women! They answer every your question and will be polite to you every second! The location is great! In the inner part of Station 3 - no noise, no strangers, we even do not put our documents to the safe box. This is family business and the reputation is their priority. Small veranda with the hammock. A lot of green. Quiet. Recomend it if you search a budjet place to stay for 1-2 nights.

But you will not feel the real luxury Boracay here. If you need the real one- go to Station 1 to live. Diniwid is the best private beach with one of the best hotels for the reasonable prices. Small rooms. Not air-conditioned. Noisy station 3. You have to carry on your luggage by yourself a lot of meters.

Roy's Rendezvous was amazing! The location was perfect, station 3 is quieter than the other 2 stations. The owners Mr Pedro & Mrs Olivia really go out of their way to help you and make you feel most welcome. I truly enjoyed my stay with them and would definitely go back there.
