Very friendly staff, shuttle service, food, pool, calm spot in busy Boracay

I like the fact that the place is far from the crowd. It gives a feeling of going "home" to rest and recharge. Their food taste so good too I felt bad I only got to try it on our last night. The steamed lapu lapu is a must try!

Power outtage in the middle of the night which happened repeatedly (like 2 to 3x a night) and the hassle of getting up to reinsert the key card on the slot to reboot the power.

Infinity pool, beautiful flowers, well taken care of grounds, The driveway was gorgeous, rooms pretty clean, staff, welcome drink,

Breakfast, beds weren't great. Shuttle needs to be later at night than 10:15pm!! Shuttles should run every 30 minutes like the other hotels. menu wasn't very good for price.

I like landscapes, its cozy place. Good and friendly staff.

When we came we got henna spots on sheets and nobody didnt change them.... Also there is no wi-fi in rooms and its poor in lobby.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Soffia! There were many things I liked including the view from hilltop, the pool area, not to mention the hourly shuttle to Station 2 (D'Mall). The hotel staff were very friendly and most helpful. We had a great time and shall definitely be back.

The variety offered during breakfast could be expanded.

The cottage was nice, and aside from the attempt to downgrade my room on checkin, the staff was very friendly.

The desk clerk tried to downgrade my room type. They did not have the room ready, even at an 8 pm arrival time. Lied and said the new room type was an upgrade, which it wasn't. The location is bad for anyone wanting to do anything on the island. You are a 10 minute shuttle ride to Station 2, and it only runs once an hour. There are better options on the beach for less money.

Super friendly staff, with a beautiful bar and pool area. Beds were super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The whole ambiance of the hotel was great. It was a really nice relaxing break.

I love Hotel Soffia!!! The hotel itself is very likable. Interior and exterior design is nice. Very attentive and friendly staff. They always wear a smile! :) They clean the room and replenish the bathroom items everyday. Moreover, I really love the view deck and the swimming pool!

- Hair dyer is not available in the room. You have to call the room service for them to deliver the hair dryer then return it to reception after use. - WiFi access in the room is not free. - Maybe one thing I will suggest is to have a reserved location at the beachfront wherein guest from Soffia can hang out there. Whenever guest goes to the beach, they don't have beach beds and umbrellas.

High efficiency in replying emails. Nice and clean pool and poolside restaurant. Free wifi in lobby and restaurant.

No free wifi in rooms. Remote from beach. Hot water supply was not stable - sometimes cold, sometimes too hot. Unstable electricity sometimes. Tiny tv set.

Unfortunately, the hot shower and toilet do not work upon we checked in the room, it upset me a bit, though it was fixed later. the TV is so small, the socket malfunction sometime.

I liked the shuttle service very much. It was very convenient to have this service to be pick up from the port and also to D-Mall, considering the location of the hotel. I also like how the hotel was far from the main area. It was very quiet and relaxing. It also had a gorgeous view of the mountains.

I didn't like how the hotel staff did not have information about bus schedules once you left the island. I was also disappointed that the hotel staff who called to inform us that there was a free hotel shuttle pick up, did not inform me that there were two ports. It would have been helpful if he informed me which port was closer to the hotel.
