Staffs of the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They are also helpful in every way. Breakfast selection of food is fair enough if you are just aiming for a heavy breakfast to last until mid afternoon. Hotel rooms are clean. Location of the hotel was strategic since it's near various shops & restaurants. But it is very congested because of the crowded people and vehicles of different kinds be it public or private. You can't even feel that you are in Tagaytay. Also at night the location is very dim and no available lights on the streets. It's very scary roaming around especially if you want to go for a spa or for a late night snack at nearby restaurant or fast food chain.

Nothing...everything not commensurate with room rate and value of my money for 3-nos. rooms night stay. Hotel is very far from the city. Entrance to the hotel is very traffic congested. Hotel is very old and so as the bed/beddings. Toilet & bath is very small and flooding. Bar is only up to 10pm. Free breakfast is only piece of dried fish and small piece of scrambled eggs. Children not included with the free breakfast. Very strict with the 12nn check out time. We occupied 3 bedrooms for a night stay ang checked out 9am to meet their 12nn check out time.

Staff were very accommodating, excellent hospitality restaurant was set with tables 6 and 8 people setting, not exactly romantic for a couple of 2 taking dinner or breakfast. Bar was inside restaurant and under stocked, I would suggest a seperate bar to allow people to eat without people at the bar and vice versa. Lot of building work around the hotel, large condo building makes view an eyesore. Lots of renovation work around hotel made stay feel like I was on a building site. No wifi in rooms

it's the friendliness of the staff that made my trip very enjoyable, they are very accommodating and polite. their contact number does not function at all. i dialled the whole day no one answered. maybe they should change it

Personal war gegenüber den Belangen der Gäste unwillig und inkompetent. Die Verpflegung und Verfügbarkeit an Getränken waren unterstes Niveau. Z. Bsp. waren am Silvesterabend nur noch 2 Bier und einige Softdrinks verfügbar. Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Dies sind nur einige von meheren Mängeln. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel nicht empfehlenswert.

We stayed at this hotel for few days in March. Our room is very basic but neat and comfortable. Staff are friendly and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and places of interests are easily accessible. Breakfast is ok. It is a OK hotel in a good location but I don't think I would stay again. The interior is quite disappointing...so outdated. The contact numbers are not working. I dialled housekeeping & reception several times but no one picked up the phone. I had to go to the main rec to tell them what I wanted. I requested for an extra bed at a cost but was surprised to find out that it doesn't include breakfast. Wifi is poor.

the staff location is crowded, the room is not hotel like, facilities are still under renovation and you have to pay every facilities except for the pool, I need to re-book another day of stay because my son doesn't want to stay longer in this hotel where he used to like hotels because of elegant rooms but not this one.

The pool was ok The website and the actual hotel not accurate. On arrival my room had single beds instead of a double. The fridge had no mini bar. WiFi only available in the foyer. Complimentary breakfast was average at best. Limited hotel parking, most outside the hotel. All in all I will never go there again

Very relaxing place, close to lots of markets. If anyone wants to feel the culture of the area this is the place to stay. Very friendly staff. Rooms could use updating.
