Location. City center near church and public market. walking distance to other destination of city tour.
April 8, 2015
They don't have drinking water available, even if it's for sale. You have to buy it outside. Wifi connection is not good.
Convenient because it is near the downtown area, parks and the church.

Water ran out sometimes. The noise outside may annoy sometimes in late night but not a big deal.
Great customer care was so incredible. My tours were booked in advance with a soft price thank to Booking.com customer request service. Friendly staff deserves a raise for his performance. Good breakfasts were served in the nick of time. This hotel is located in main road of the city. It takes about 10 mins to Puerto Princesa Airport by tricycle, just a few minutes walk to the Bay. Big room, comfortable space. Guests can feel free to change new towels, linens from the warehouse. No credit card or deposit charge for booking. You will not be asked to pay anything after check in.

Wifi in the room doesnt work at all. Water in the shower was not running (most of the time) so we couldn't take a shower in the evenings. Rooms are OK but towels and sheets don't look really clean.
Location, its on the main street, and the rooms facing the other direction are quiet. Staff is helpful and nice, helped book tours. Breakfast is simple but OK.

Too many things i didn't like, is very different with the pictures in internet, dirty and the front rooms are very noisy, because they are in front of the main street and you can hear motorbikes all the night. The bathroom was dirty in general, very basic, no value for money....
The pictures in internet, very different to reality...

I think the hostel doesn't have enough water supply during mornings. We can hardly take a bath because the water stops all of a sudden.
The staff who accommodated us when we arrived last Feb8, he's so helpful & gave us some tips for our land tour. He deserves a raise!!! LOL. The place is clean & the location is just perfect!

Other guests would be our only complaint as they were loud and inconsiderate in the hallways early in the morning.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Located right on main street, Rizal. Heard that noise was a problem so asked for a quiet room and we were given one. Breakfast was simple, nothing to rave or complain about.

Can't really say negatives about this place. Had a great stau
I booked this place because it was cheap to be honest. Didn't have a firm plan in Palawan so I figured I wouldn't be out much f I decided not to stay. Was truly shocked at how nice it was. Floor polished to a shine, woodwork in the rooms was freshly polished up. The whole place just shined. Was expecting a cheap hotel, got an amazing value. Booked for 3 nights originaly, wound up staying all week and just based out of there. Staff was so friendly that alone would convince me to go back but I really like the building as well. Nicer than many hotels I've stayed at 10x the price. Will book again on my next trip.

Noise from streets
The location in Puerto Princesa on the main avenue (Rizal) is great, however there can be noise from the streets. The staff was helpful and nice. The price range of room is very good when in comparison with other places in Palawan.

small problems with the facilities in the room but immediately the staff helped to fix it.
The staff was very nice and helpful. And it is a good place for the value of the money.

The bathroom fixtures were old and a shower curtain would have come in handy.
The staff were very nice and punctual when it came to serving breakfast.
