I liked the free shuttle they provide. Also, the staff was accomodating to my request to have the free shuttle earlier than their shuttle schedule which is 6am-8pm. I had to be in the office before 6 and they were able to accomodate my request. I also came in late around 12mn. Checking in was smooth and easy. It was a comfort that my room was tidy everytime I come back even without having the clean up sign on the doorknob.

I liked the most the front office staff and in general the service.

The light in the room is not enough.

Be ready that they'll hold some extra money from your card for your stay period. In our case it was 2000 peso. They return money on check- out, but depending on what bank and card type you have it can take different time for money to come back. We were waiting for a week and it was unexpectable and inconvenient.

Staff are friendly, good for relaxing, the hotel fits only for business purposes.

Front desk staff are lack of smile. Hotel is not fit for vacational. Hotel is like a hospital, i can't believe that there is a time limit for visitors. Food is poor. Hotel looks like a money maker.

Staff of B Hotel were friendly approachable and always there when you need them even the hotel's manager.The location is fab because its near all the shopping centres and they have a shuttle to pick and drop you off for free in Alabang area.Rooms,patio toilets and lifts were always maintained and smelling fresh.I stayed with my 2 kiddos ages 7 and 2 and my cousin for 8 nights and you can always ask for an extra bed if you need it for extra person for a reasonable cost (My mum stayed for a couple of nights).Loads of choices for bfast even kids will like. Excellent service from manager,front desk,cleaners,dining staff and guards.. I was truly touched when the chef himself delivered to our room the pasta that we ask them to cook because my son would like to eat pasta with our own sauce..all for free. As a mum with young kids this hotel is very good to accommodate your needs. We all enjoyed staying on this hotel and we will surely book again when we come back to the Philippines.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Food was very good. All within reasonable prices. Ideal for a relaxing staycation :)

Amazing hotel, especially regarding the price they charge you. Superb staff (especially "Joe" your breakfast weighter), friendly and professional. You won't find any comparible hotel in the area for this price range. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to visit the Alabang area, with it's sm and numerous resturants, for both business and family stays!

Cannot think of a single thing.

This hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet and cleanliness in an otherwise dirty and noisy and overcrowded metropolitan area.

I was truely surprised that it was possible to get this good hotel for that kind of money. I have stayed in many hotels paying almost the same and none of them comes even close to the service, cleanliness and standard that your hotel delivered. If I have to spend a night in Manila again, B-Hotel will be my first choice

The service of the Hotel is excellent.The Customer Service is great.Employees are always smiling.Recommending them with excellent award, The Young Manager Mr.Mark,FrontDesk Staff Charles,Cathy,NIkki,Jovin,Mike and Eleni .The Dining Staff Jo,Ivan,Jaime and Ron.Cleaning Staff Arthur and Nelson.Just try to find them and I will assure you of their great service. Because of the nice service given to us by Jaime and Ron before I didn' t hesitate to book again for the second time and as of now trying to book our third stay..It maybe a three star hotel but the service is same of five star hotel.For me you are treated here as a valued family member .

The hotel and the staff are very warm and inviting. It feels like a business-class hotel but it isn't as pricey. Hotel is not too far from the main road but is very peaceful all day. Hotel lobby is well-designed, not too edgy but not too minimalist either. The room space is enough for 2 people. The bed is very cozy. The bath is nice and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient. In-room dining service is fast, serving size is sufficient and food is tasty. Parking is very secure. The view of the city is superb, so try reserving for a room at the topmost floor facing the city.

The situation of the hotel is quite a long walk to and from convenience stores, restaurants and the mall. Cable TV channels are limited. Breakfast buffet and the in-room dining menu could use a bit more variety. Parking ramps are quite cramped. But, overall, we had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay in the hotel.

Staff are excellent and friendly, very good shuttle service and good clean rooms

My second stay, and on both ocassions the beds cause me back ache. Restaurant has small menu so you dont expect them to be out of a simple pasta dish and out of red wine.

The customer service in this hotel is world class. Guests are treated with a five-star treatment. The staff is well trained and would respond to all your needs. If you're looking at staying in the South side of Manila and wanted to be near the shopping area but on a secluded business district, this is the place. The price is also way below the other expensive hotels that offer almost the same. I would choose this hotel any day.

Well, there was just this case of the room not being totally cleaned, like dirty glasses not being replaced and the floor under the bed was filled with dust, needed vacuuming.

The attitude of hotel staff is good and friendly.

Transportation not so convenient. taxi to airport is more expensive than it should be.
